Its not bad hotel but the room was small and the view was not great and its far from city centere you need to rent a car
Good hotel, calm atmosphere, no disturbances, nice ladies staff. Only disadvantage is little away from town, but bus/taxi stations are nearby only. Wifi network is with full strength.

I've stayed here for one week, the service (a very fast check in/ check out), the rooms and the restaurent La Fayette which is in the hotel were splended. I just can't wait to come back to Yerevan, and stay in this place again.

The outdoor waterpark is not working even though the weather was warm and that was kinda disappointing for us because thats the most important reason we book this hotel and we arrived then we found out it’s unavailable now they should write in app and inform this before someone book and the room service was coming every other day but overall our stay is good.
Good location. Good breakfasts. The house had a sauna and a jacuzzi, they worked every other time. The house was very dirty, they don't clean. The staff at the water park are rude. The receptionist at the hotel was very nice and helpful. Overall, not bad.
