We have just spent a week at this superb hotel. The rooms are big and the staff and service are great!! Breakfast and dinner outdoors in the large garden, weather permitting. The boss chats with the guests every day. The golf pro Michael takes perfect care of the golfers. We'll be back for sure!

We were here for the second time and enjoyed the time again and therefore returned well rested. Another 1 week is planned for 2023. The hotel is centrally located - has very friendly and courteous staff - an extensive breakfast buffet and evening menu with 4 courses (half board) - the extremely well-kept outdoor facilities with direct access to the lake invite you to linger - fitness room, children's paradise and indoor golf course will not let boredom arise - the exquisite wine cellar makes the eyes of every connoisseur shine - wellness and spa area with indoor and outdoor pool complement the overall system - ...

Everything was perfect, the only drawback: we were turned away from our breakfast table because it was supposedly reserved! This could be solved more elegantly by placing a reserved sign, which gave the impression that we were not that "important".

I've been going to Velden for over 30 years. We have been at the Seehotel Engstler for 2 years and have never felt so comfortable anywhere. The kitchen is first class, the breakfast buffet is a dream. The waiters were so friendly and tried hard. The entire hotel complex is very well maintained. Rooms spacious and beautiful with a view of the lake. No noise. There is nothing wrong with that. We are coming again next year.
