I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mildon Hotel in Baku, and I cannot speak highly enough about my experience. From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality of the staff made me feel right at home. Special thanks to Ibrahim and Umud, who were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always went the extra mile to ensure my comfort. Their kindness truly enhanced my stay, and I appreciate their personal touch in making me feel like a valued guest.
The hotel itself is spotless. The cleanliness and attention to detail in every area of the hotel are commendable. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a day of exploring the city.
One of the best aspects of staying at Mildon Hotel is its location. Situated in a prime spot, the hotel offers easy access to Baku's main attractions, making it a perfect choice for tourists. The area is vibrant, with plenty of things to see and do, all within walking distance.

Great location, super breakfast, good heated rooms with all facilities n toileteries. Great staff and they go above normal customer service. We came in at 5 am... Allowed to checkin immediately and offered free breakfast too.

My wife and I recently stayed at Mildom Hotel, and our experience was very pleasant. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering everything needed for a relaxing stay. The staff, especially Farit & Umud were exceptionally courteous and helpful.
Breakfast was good, though a slightly wider variety would be appreciated.
Overall, Mildom Hotel is a great choice for couples visiting Baku who value comfort, cleanliness.

Overall, the quality was comparable to a business hotel, and I was satisfied.
However, in my first room, Room 308, the shower water leaked more than halfway out of the hose, limiting the amount of usable water, the drainage was poor, and there were a lot of fruit flies in the room.
After a trip to Sheki and back, I stayed in Room 302, which was perfectly comfortable, so be careful if you're assigned to Room 308.
From May 28th, the road was uphill all the way, with bumpy sections and steps in places, so walking with a suitcase can be quite tiring (even without luggage, it feels a bit far).

I had high expectations for the breakfast, based on the good reviews, but it was just a standard continental meal, with nothing particularly Azerbaijani. The tea was teabags, and the coffee was instant. The hot rice and side dishes were quite salty for Japanese palates. Service started late, at 8:00 AM.

The hotel room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The staff provided outstanding service, always ready to assist with a smile and helpful attitude. The breakfast buffet offered a diverse selection of delicious options to start the day. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. Overall, it was a pleasant experience that I would highly recommend to others.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location. What truly made our stay special was the staff—they were exceptionally kind, cheerful, and always ready to assist. The rooms are well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a very nice variety. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

We have long dreamed of seeing Baku, the hotel corresponds to its level, excellent staff, relaxing atmosphere, we are very pleased and took a business card to recommend to friends and acquaintances. My wife was a little sick, the receptionist brought a thermometer to the room, we were very touched.
We really liked the breakfasts at the hotel, everything was tasty and varied. They clean every day, change the linen every day, the bathroom had all the accessories.
We left with the most positive feelings.

We went to Baku to get a US visa. The hotel is within walking distance.

I liked everything, the receptionists were responsive and friendly, the room was clean, top value for the money.
