Grand inn in Baku

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location is perfect — close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet at night.

But what really made my stay special was the exceptional service, especially from the young man at the reception desk. He was incredibly helpful, polite, and always had a warm smile. Whether I needed recommendations for places to eat, help with transportation, or just a friendly chat, he was always there and made me feel genuinely welcome. His professionalism and kindness made a big difference in my experience — he is a real asset to the hotel!

I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the great hospitality!

The hotel was perfectly clean and cozy

We we were worried from previous reviews but it turned out to be the complete opposite. The staff are very friendly and front desk were so good and friendly Amir and Deniz are very kind and funny to us

Breakfast was also very tasty !

My staying in Grand Inn Hotel was incredible. The staff was very kind and helpful, especially the director Emil and the reception worker Denis. The breakfast was very variable and delicious, room was clean and spacious with a beautiful view from window. 👍👍👍

The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. They greeted me with a smile every time I passed by, and even helped me arrange a taxi a few times. The service really felt personal, which I appreciate. The location is also quite convenient — not far from the city center, so it’s easy to get around Baku by car or taxi.
