+ Hotel located in city center. easy to walk everywhere Nizami streets, boulevard side and old city. no master. hotel room are amazing, comfortable and clean. recommend to everyone.- -

First of all, the hotel name is wrongly given in booking.com and it is
not Grand boutique hotel as mentioned in
booking.com. It is Grand Mirror hotel. We were
family of 4 with 2 kids and we checked in and made
the payments. Once after reaching the room, we
were surprised and upset to see the condition of the
room. No proper light, not clean, bedsheets were not
clean as well. AC was not working and window was
placed in closed space and that didnt help,
Bathroom/ toilet condition was worse. They did not
clean it properly since few davs as we could see shit
traces on the closet. Moreover. there was no door
lock for the bathroom. We insisted to fix these
issues and asked them to arrange replacement
Thev offered alternate room in their other building
next to it but they didnt had rooms to accomodate 4
persons and that too was not clean and very bad
smell was coming. I decided to leave that hotel and
asked for refund, but they did not respond properly. I tried to call them few times but just disconnected the call.I
wonder how booking.com allows to place hotel room
ads using fake hotel names.
They are fake, cheating customers and not professional. Not suitable for stay and familiies stay away from these people.

Located at the end of Nizami street, a small, comfortable, neat and clean hotel at very reasonable and affordable room rents. Staff is very corteous and friendly

THESE ARE UNRELIABLE PEOPLE STAY AWAY. THEY DID NOT RECOGNIZE OUR RESERVATION ON BOOKING AND THEY SENT US TO ANOTHER HOTEL THAT ALSO WANTED MORE MONEY. WE FOUND OURSELVES AT 11 PM WITHOUT A ROOM AND WE HAD TO ACCEPT TO STAY IN ANOTHER HOTEL OTHERWISE WE WOULD HAVE SLEEPED OUTSIDE. THEY WANTED PAYMENT IN CASH. THEY DO NOT RECOGNIZE RESERVATIONS! WHOEVER ARRIVES FIRST AND PAYS GETS THE ROOM. UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE TO REPORT!

The ambience was uninviting, and the property is located upstairs, which may not be convenient for everyone. The rooms are not well equipped as well the quilts are highly disgusting. Imagine you are on vacation the quilts are torn and filthy, it's really disappointing experience. Additionally, the rooms had an unpleasant odor.
It is located in cramped area and even the name of hotel is changed as Grand Mirror Hotel.
I would advise potential guests to be cautious before booking.
