The room was big but felt dirty, I could ear people talking from the corridor at all times and bed had lots of bes bugs. Breakfast was very good.

I liked the rooms, but when we checked in almost everything was not working, the heater was not working, the window is broken, the reception guy was unfriendly.. and the music still playing even late at night.. sadly it was bad experience.

The hotel really pull on 2???star. Only otzyvchaty and attentive?? person adds another one ?star. The room has a grey tulle, I think it is not erased three years, she is very dirty. Windows are so filthy, as we do on the ring road building. And that's not exaggeration, it can be seen from the street when standing outside of the hotel. The room as expected in a 4* no Slippers, soap, toothpaste and so on. Only 2 tubes ??shampoo. If someone wants to sleep ?, it is definitely not his hotel. In window (a closed aperture)?? blowing wind is so strong that shakes this unfortunate tulle. I was really lucky in this hotel, my door ?on the balcony did not lock. I can mention. Very tasty food☕?? ?and good staff??.

Over rated. Staff is very courteous but the rating of the hospital should not be more than 2. Breakfast has bare minimum dishes and hotel amenities is missing altogether to deserve 4 stars.

Good location near a famous mall in baku

It was a small, peaceful hotel in a narrow alley 10 minutes away from Ganjlik metro by walk, with friendly staff. Only one of them knows English. Sauna and swimming pool were under maintenance those days and you better ask them before booking to see whether they are open. The room was spaceous and clean and had an acceptable wifi. But, no mineral water and no slippers there were upon my arrival. But, when I ask them, they sent two slippers in a minute. Also no tea-maker exists and so you cant use your own tea-bag. Smoking is not allowed in the room, but they respectfully never inquire about it. Had an acceptable breakfast.

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 3 am. We've been already reserved our room a day before arriving. Minibar was empty. No water in room. When we asked for some water, they told us that "water finish". Redicelous! Anyway the room was big and clean.
