Very satisfied, excellent

The hotel was fairly clean, but there weren't enough electrical outlets.

I shortened my stay due to the door to the small balcony couldn't be locked from inside. I was worried about security though I was assured that it was very safe in Baku. I was also informed that most of the balcony couldn't be locked from inside in Baku. Kettle and tea and coffee maker weren't in the room but were quickly fixed. Otherwise amenities are as per described. Generally clean spacious restaurants decent but abundant breakfast. Aircon and heater were working. Water pressure slightly low but acceptable. Lift is available. A bit far from most of the attractions. Bolt taxi cost 4manat each trip

The hotel is located in a quiet alley, with a very peaceful environment. The front desk staff were friendly, the rooms were quiet and clean, the hot water in the bathroom was excellent, and there was a small balcony that was full of sunshine.

The room was very quiet, safe, and comfortable at night. I would choose it again next time.

The breakfast menu was excellent, the room was clean, and most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly. Mohammed, in particular, was always smiling and attentive, always ready to help with any needs.

Good service, spacious and clean rooms, delicious breakfast

I stayed here for one night in late February 2025. The room was very clean and the staff was very kind. The breakfast was long and the food was good. Also, when I told them that my flight the next day was late at night, they said I could kill time in the lobby. I will use this hotel again when I visit Baku again.

A hotel with very high quality staff. Central location, good cleanliness, many facilities around. Only the breakfast is weak. I was satisfied.

I liked this hotel. It is important to consider that it is inexpensive + you can see from the photos that the renovation is not the newest. There is excellent, friendly staff who can help with everything. Even open the door in a taxi 😅 I especially want to highlight the manager Rafael, who even showed a city map and told us where to go. The bed, pillows, and bedding were comfortable. The room had everything we needed: towels, consumables, water, a tropical shower. They also brought a kettle. If something is missing, they will help. Cleaning every day. The heating is super. But don't expect too much, the bathroom in the standard rooms is also a bit tired in appearance, there was 1 socket in the room. But the hotel is being renovated and the superior rooms already have new bathrooms, as you can see in the photos on the trip. The location is good: a safe area, there is a VTB ATM and a large shopping center near the nearest metro station. I give it a 5 for the price/quality ratio)
