My stay at Empire Hotel was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The hotel perfectly combines elegance, comfort, and top-level service. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities needed for a truly relaxing stay.
The staff deserve special recognition — professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and well-organized. The location is also excellent, making it easy to reach key attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas.

Had a great experience at Hotel Empire Business Baku. The staff were professional and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was calm and pleasant. A convenient choice for both business and short stays. Highly recommended!

Our guests from Riga stayed here for 2 nights ( 27-28/09/2025) and said it's good hotel.

The room was not clean, the window was broken, and the bathroom was out of order, so it was not possible to take a proper shower. Considering that I paid 116 euros per night, the hotel was terrible. When I reported the issues and requested a room change, they did not take any action and did not even apologize, while I checked on the website and saw that other rooms were available.
The hotel was not at all a 3-star hotel, contrary to what was advertised on your website (Booking.com).

Lovely hotel! Would definitely stay there again! Was staying in deluxe double bed room. Bed sheets bathroom and even wardrobe was very clean I was feeling comforfable there , which was very important during my stay .The sfaff was very helpfull ans friendly to us as well !

In the first minutes, everything looks decent. But as soon as you hold your gaze on anything for more than one second, you immediately see that everything is bad. Shower cabins are broken. The bottom of the cabins is cracked. Everything flows. The shower doors do not close and there is a gap through which the whole room floods. The shower head is broken. It pours from all the cracks, but not from where it should. All taps are dirty. There is mold in the corners. The chairs are dirty. The windows are dirty. The safes are broken (they just stand there broken). The rooms smell of cigarettes. Apparently from the neighboring rooms. The only plus we can remember is the elevator. And I would also like to mention the cool guys at the concierge. Polite. They help. I really feel sorry for the guys that they have to work in such a bad hotel.

The only advantage of this hotel is its location. The hotel has no elevator!! No internet in rooms and poor one in lobby. The first two days of our residence we didn't have hot water, so the water was not suitable for bathing.
This hotel is three-star but we paid almost the same as a four-star hotel because of the holidays of Norouz but the services was as poor as a motel.
The hotel had good staff with nice behavior.

Nice hotel, only to metro about ten minutes walk, the Breakfast is excellent, couldn't pay with a credit card
