l recently stayed at Royal Phoenicia Hotel for 2 nights, and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with an accessible location. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were fresh and crisp.
The hotel's amenities, including the fitness center and restaurant, were top-notch.
But what really made my stay stand out was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. From the friendly front desk team to the helpful housekeeping staff, everyone was warm, welcoming, and eager to help.

Got the room with the help of the Indian or Bengali guy in the reception. He was really helpful.
Room was good, a neat and quite place; but for the money i paid i expected a little more good service. There was no drinking water in the room. Called the reception for a bottle of water and they said i had to pay extra, which i was ready to. They wanted Bhd 2.000 for one 500ml bottle of water. The price of a 500ml bottle of water outside is BHD 0.100. Charging me BHD 0.500 was also fine by me, lets say its mineral water from a 4 star hotel. But BHD 2.000, that was definitely trying to loot me thinking i dont know the local prices.
No towels or dental kit (Tooth brush and paste) provided. These are the basic things expected to be provided by a 4 star hotel.
I would recommend to people if the rooms are at a cheap price. For high rates, i'd say there's a lot of other better places.
