Merlin Club Hotel - All Inclusive in Lozenets

Very poor quality of hotel. Bed smell from bathrooms in most rooms. Bathrooms not cleaned properly. Second star just for service, people working there were very nice. NOT RECOMENDED!

So if this is one of the best rated Alexandria travel hotel, it's a disaster, accommodation in villas terrible mattress bed 35-year-old from which feathers come, the bathroom probably experienced absolutely everything, cleaning is almost non-existent, music screams from the bar from the dining room and also from the room accommodated staff, I recommend all visitors to the eagle, or clean the ears. The food for these are these two stars because it was not wrong.
