Casablanca Hotel - All Inclusive in Obzor

The hotel has a lovely exterior and makes a great first impression, but unfortunately, the rooms are in need of updating. One major issue was the air conditioning in the bedroom—it was extremely noisy at night, even when turned off.

On a more positive note, the pool area was very pleasant, and the pool staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. The animation team was fantastic—they created a lively atmosphere and offered a variety of entertaining evening programs that really enhanced our stay.

The restaurant staff worked hard, and the kitchen team was polite. However, I did find the restaurant and reception managers to be quite rude during a couple of interactions, which was disappointing. That said, one standout was a receptionist named Iskra—she was exceptional. No matter what issue came up, she handled it with professionalism and a warm smile.

The food was decent, though lacking in variety. Breakfast was exactly the same every morning, which became repetitive over time.

The beach area was nice, but be prepared for a 5-10-minute walk to get there. Once you arrive, it’s worth it—clean, relaxing, and a good spot to unwind.

This is definitely not a 4-star hotel, but they know it. It’s affordable, and in this case, you get exactly what you paid for. The hotel has potential, and our stay was enjoyable overall. However, there are several areas that need improvement. The management team, in particular, would benefit from additional training in customer service and hospitality. With better leadership and attention to guest feedback, this hotel could truly shine.
