Food was okay, you get to choose from a variety of options, but most of the options are the same everyday with some small changes.
Most of the staff is generous, but there should be more employees especially in the restaurant bar.
The pools and spa center are great. Outdoor pool should be a little more heated given the fact that it's on a moutain and the temperatures are not that high and it's not always comfortable.
There was cleaning service every day (unless you decline it with a door hang), and the maids are positive and generous.
There was a group of kids on a trip in the hotel, they had different eating hours, but they were loud at times and I think the hotel shouldn't give offers to schools for this kind of trips.
The pros definatelly outweigh the cons of this hotel. It's a great hotel for couples or families at a great price and you shouldn't hesitate to go there.
