Hotels All-inclusive in Burgas Province

We are smokers ourselves, but we always keep our balconys clean! Pool: The pool was nice with plenty of sunbeds, but, the water was freezing cold. I don't know if this would be the case during the main summer period

The room was clean with ample storage for clothes, with a wardrobe in the living area, and another wardrobe in the bedroom. Tea and coffee facilities and a small fridge were in the bedroom

There's a pool bar which also serves food which was very good to be honest. There's also a small shop by the pool which sells ice-cream, inflatables, balls, and general bits and pieces

Cleaners came in every day, but our balcony which was double the size of the ordinary rooms, was not mopped clean during our 1 week stay, so we had to clean it ourselves

This was a little annoying, because we would sometimes find cigarette ash and cigarette butts from balconys above, had dropped onto our balcony

The pool area and sunbeds are jet washed every morning, so it clean and tidy for the guests each day. Food & Restaurant: I usually struggle to find food that doesn't make me feel ill while on holiday

The room is just great, sometimes the truth were shortages of hot water. The room was a extra charge but we used it as a refrigerator. The hotel has a restaurant, which is just gorgeous cocktails

Best hotel have ever been to, Great location, great food,great drinks,great staff, nothing to complain about. Going again this year

The main restaurant is open multiple times during the day (closed for replenishment), there is a grill restaurant on the pool level also and there are sandwiches and cakes available from the coffee shop on the lobby level

There is a good selection of drinks and cocktails, however it is disappointing that some cocktails carry a payment. While I was there I found the drinks a bit hit and miss

During the day the frozen Daquari's were absolutely amazing but as soon as 8pm came the bar staff seemed to pour half a bottle of Captain Morgans into one - one night in particular the tables outside were just full of abandoned Daquari's and we were laughing about this with the other guests 🙈🙈 The rooms are designed with quality in mind and all the fixtures, fittings, wall paper ect are high quality

Super relaxing I have just arrived home after the most relaxing week ever. The hotel is immaculately clean. The staff cannot do enough for you

Just needs more people doing half board as the evening meals wasn't really that good but the evening meals for our last 2 nights where brill as 50 Hungarians stayed at the hotel

People moaned about it but not sure what they were expecting. We were half board and I liked the meals at night and the service was good. I loved the little lady that served

We all thourghly enjoyed our stay the hotel staff were exceptionally helpful nothing was too much trouble for them they were on call 24/7 with plenty of smiles I would recommend this hotel with my family will definitely be back

Arda Hotel was clean, the people were friendly. It was a great base for the beach and a walk along the main front. The breakfast was toast, cereal, scrambled eggs, sausages beans. I didn’t mind it at all filled me up

They pool area is clean and the pool is lovely but it is 🥶. It’s a family run hotel and I found them to be friendly and a really nice family and would definitely go back. Thank you for a lovely weeks break

Brilliant hotel and family run the hotel are brilliant the rooms are clean and tidy it's our third time here we were here in June and August can't wait till next year

If you are looking for somewhere to go in sunny beach I would recommend you to come to this hotel the stuff are lovely and the rooms are very nice and clean! I didn't have any food there as my mam looked the reviews and there was only 1 good review about the food and the rest was bad but if you stay here you are literally on the strip and there are many nice restaurants there

Basic hotel. Nice friendly staff and close to shops and bars

It has a real homely feel and that is all down to the staff making you feel this way. They were polite, friendly, amazing and so helpful. The room was spacious, clean and tidy and the breakfast was just lovely

Do not have great expectations here. I believe it is close to two stars.

Our family room was lovely and clean, cleaning service was on duty every day. Variety of food and drinks at restaurant. Only one minus for toilet by the pool - should be cleaned up at least one more time during the day

Clean, confortable, nice mix of forest and beach. Food varied and fits all tastes. Pet allowed in room and on the restaurant deck

We can only recommend this hotel! The quality of the food was just stunning (we especially loved all the different types of fish and whipping cream-based dishes!). High quality beverages in the bar

The beach was just around 3-4 minutes away and sunbeds were available free of charge. Affordable transport to + from Primorsko/Kiten was available every 30 minutes. Great opportunities for a walk

Our kids enjoyed big swimming pool a lot and absolute Highlight were Animators with every day program for kids and adults - doing great job from 10 a. by the pool up to late in the evening at the stage

After spending our holiday there we can recommend this resort. It is little outdated and need fresh paint but in the nice location with lots of trees around and 2 minutes walk to the beach

We have stayed at Blue Pearl hotel for the last three years and every time our experience has been excellent. The hotel itself is fantastic, the rooms are spacious, beautifully kept, and many have wonderful sea views

They are always friendly, helpful, and nothing is ever too much trouble. I cannot praise the staff and management enough for how well the hotel is run. Without a doubt, we will be back again next year!

The location is unbeatable, right on the beach, which makes it perfect to enjoy both the pool and the sea with ease. The hotel is also very peaceful, ideal for families

There are always plenty of sun loungers available at any time of day – something you don’t often find elsewhere. What really makes this place special is the staff

The staff (especially at the reception) could be nicer, the food could be more varied, more tasty, there could be thorough cleaning, renovation in the rooms

But anyway we enjoyed our stay here, and I would come back anytime

I’m a very fussy eater and there was always something I could eat, only down side was it wasn’t very hot, the themed nights were great. Although the pool is a little small the grandchildren loved it

We were on family vacation with four children, and the hotel left an excellent impression on both us and the kids. Great location – not in a noisy area and only a 5-minute walk to the beach

One of the greatest Hotels in Sunny Beach. Me and my family used to go at Rome Palace Deluxe since 2020, even twice of one year. We love everything here, from position, rooms to great and variate food

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool bar bartender is a great guy and makes excellent cocktails – thanks to him for that

Location: Great clean hotel, 7-10 mins walk from the beach. Beach is less crowded than central area of Sunny Beach. Hotel is Not too far from Nessebar and main area in Sunny Beach. Rooms: Rooms are reasonable size

Sunbed wise I never had an issue getting one and there seemed to be some available throughout the day, I was there the end of August/beginning of September. It was very clean, the cleaners never seemed to stop working

The animation team, Alex and Nicky, 2 lovely lads who always encouraged everyone to get involved in the activities. The only negative I had personally was the food, but there is always something you can find to eat

I wasn't expecting too much from a 3* hotel but what a great place this was. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my toilet flushing the first day and they sorted it within the hour

All the bar staff were great, the restaurant had plenty of choice and the ice cream in the afternoon was so tasty! The entrainment team really tried even when not many people wanted to join in

At first we thought it was alot smaller than we were used to but actually preferred it as everyone spoke to each other and mingled. The hotel is spotless and the cleaners work non stop to keep it that way

There is no kettle in the room so bring a travel kettle if you want a cuppa. We took a little washing line to dry or bikinis on the the balcony but could do with something on the wall to attach this to

The food is very good, every day different meats, side dishes, fish, seafood YUM! Tasty and strong drinks, served in glass. The staff cleans and replaces your glass all the time. Very comfortable beds and clean

Surprisingly nice and clean hotel. Not a very diverse food, but good quality, you always have a choice. Food and drinks are available all day and the coffee from the machine is good

Unlike other hotels, the white wine poured with the meal was also good. The staff is attentive, maybe it would be nice if they would say hello from time to time. The reception is very helpful

We just spent a week there (July 9 to July 16). Overall the hotel Is not bad at all - all inclusive service Is stunning, animators' everyday show perfect. Bar at the pool absolutely great

Heads up in case you don't like a bit of music around the pool. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although a bit of renovation might improve the overall impression (plastic handles, for example)

The food and the local beverages are tasty and plentiful, the staff amazingly friendly and willing all the time. Daily programs for kids and adults in and around the pool are fun for all

- Even though we had the Ultra All Inclusive, there were no brand alcoholic beverages

We visited the hotel in mid-September. Room 332 was in perfect condition with no mold, no stains, no defects. The staff was very professional, helpful, and friendly. The cleaning ladies did a great job every day

Good variety of drinks on all inclusive, the spirits are poured very strong but not something I would complain about

Special recognition goes to the manager and the waiters, who were always friendly and smiling. There was a wide selection of food, and everything was delicious and fresh

6 metres all the way round which isn’t inclusive of people with different swimming abilities. All in all had a fantastic holiday and would definitely book with this hotel again!

The location for us was great, about halfway between sunny beach strip and Nessebar, very easy to get the bus with multiple bus stops near the hotel and only 2lev each way, there is also a mini tourist train which takes you to each place too 7lev each way

Older hotel which is a part of larger resort. Rooms bright, clean, with air conditioning, but with carpet. In the resort, there were plenty things to do, many pools, restaurants, bars

All inclusive. The only thing missing is ATMs.

Food was great, even for vegetarians. Private beach is great advantage of this place, with sunbeds and umbrella for free (covered by all inclusive)

Wonderful beach, very nice hotels, beautiful places, great pools, amazing gardens and good animation team/but very poor DJ on the discotheque/. Italian restaurant is fantastic!

Very nice place for a vacation. Although when arrived at my Pelican hotel, the sink was clogged, and so half the day we had no sink privilege. Other than that, very nice 👍

We had room nr 233 and wifi didn't reach there and in rception there was wifi so busy that you had to wait like 3min to load short news.

We stayed here for 10 days it was ok until the kids football team arrived and was running riot pushing in at the restaurant banging on doors at stupid o’clock the pool was good and the bar man was really friendly his name was valintine (not sure how you spell it)

All the staff were kind, especially the girls and boys from the kids club were great. Most of them speak English and they were very helpful for whatever you need. Special thanks for the birthday present 😊

Obzor is quite a small town and not a lot to do but the hotel was nice everything you need room B206 was perfectly located with a fantastic sea view well appointed and very clean

All inclusive was great excellent food and drink all staff were brilliant. Only faults were no comfortable seating in entertainment room sunbeds were quite uncomfortable and too low for us oldies but plenty of them

The hotel is very nice the rooms are good and the place is spotless the staff are very nice and friendly the food is really good and very hot compared to most buffet meals you get there is a very good selection

The restaurant food is not catered for English guests and at best is Luke warm did try eating here twice and gave up , ended up eating out the rest of the week, pool bar staff are mostly good

one of my favorite hotels, the food is very good and has a lot of options, the rooms were clean, but it was far from the beach. i miss this place so much.

The apartment rooms seem very dated with worn furniture and uncomfortable beds some of the plug sockets didn't work and the Aircon was practically non existent, luckily we were able to switch rooms after a few nights after complaining to reception

The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any requests, making the stay feel very personalized and welcoming

Their energy and enthusiasm were contagious, and they went above and beyond to ensure that guests of all ages had a great time

The hotel worths 5-star rating! Nice place, polite staff, clean swimming pools, comfortable rooms. I drink high-quality all-inclusive alcohol beverages for the first time. They provide free of charge sunbeds and parasols

However, I did find the restaurant and reception managers to be quite rude during a couple of interactions, which was disappointing. That said, one standout was a receptionist named Iskra—she was exceptional

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very surprised in the best way. The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our whole stay. The kids' activities were amazing and kept the children happy and busy every day

The location is perfect, just one minute from the beach, which made it really easy to go back and forth during the day. Overall, we had a great experience and would love to come back

Regata Palace was a very nice surprise. Great location close to Cacao Beach, friendly staff, big and clean pool, comfortable room, tasty food (I had the all inclusiclve package). Highly recommended!

There was another interaction with him a few days before check-out where he assumed I'm not a guest in there, confusions are normal, but his approach was rude. You simply can't provide this kind of front of house service

The location is perfect and convenient for a walk to Nesebar and central Sunny Beach. I'm vegetarian and managed to make a meal each time and I was happy with the options, but those that are vegans might struggle

The housekeeping staff was very friendly. The only downside was one of the receptionists whose name I couldn't catch, he made me feel uncomfortable/unwelcome. I work in the same industry, in fact in multiple hotels

So, for more than 43 nights at the seaside, with all inclusive meals, we paid less than everywhere else near around Black Sea

They don't have a pool but you can use the one of the neighbors for free but if you want umbrella and chairs you have to pay. The only negative aspect is the shower in bath of the room

I arrived after a terrible experience in another hotel(balaton). The hotel il very clean, and the workers are cheerful and polite towards people

Very lovely hotel and friendly staff. Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was cut short, but the experience I had there was good.

Absolutely no complaints about staff, facilities or location for an all-inclusive. Possibly overpriced compared with similar options.

A wonderful place for a family holiday. The room was clean and cozy. The food was various and delicious. The staff were amazing. Especially the animation team - they were fantastic.

The animation was amazing! They had different features every night with special guests. The beach was near with enough sun beds and umbrellas.

This is simply unacceptable for a restaurant!!! During lunch, leaving the restaurant, going to the lobby for tea and going back to the restaurant with it - is this a normal organization? It was terrible! If it happens that most visitors come at a certain time, then there will not be enough tables for everyone

Animation is good and the show programs are interesting. The sports activies are done nicely and the children are happy.

Exactly same food is repeated every day becomes boring at some point. Free drinks are in very very low quality

it was renovated two years ago and now it is even better then before. spacious rooms with all amenities and airconditioning and very good buffet in the dining room/restaurant for breakfast and dinner for half board dil

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the customer care was wonderful, they really took good care of us! The food was diversified and really delicious, there was an everyday room service!! We were there for our daughter’s birthday and they prepared a surprise for her without any extra cost 🥰 We really recomand it!! The only minus is that their spa isn’t all the time available, you need to book it in...

the sweeming pool is big and straight so a person can sweam w/o disturbance. anything you ask for can be supplied by the reseption like a kettle for coffee etc

i like this hotel mainly because of its location - very close to the beach at the south of sunny beach and very close to the naturist beach of sunny beach
