Kiten Palace Hotel - All Inclusive in Kiten

Hello,there all decided to visit this hotel this summer was abit schocked because there was no reviews for this hotel which was really strange from the hotel we enter the hotel and the first words that she says is that the PARKING IS NOT FREE which is not true u have to pay for the parking 6lv per a day we got the key the rooms look the same on the pictures cleaners clean them everyday which is good the food is decent there isnt alot of options for the while hotel there is everyday 3 salads all the same food is actually good but dont have options The bar man needs a smile honestly it looks so rude from the side because he looks like he will kill you alive honestly drinks options where not bad but for a all inclusive they do not do coctails but at the back they have vodka malubu and all juices to be making coctails there is icecream that u hage to pay for there is music playing on from the 1999 which js really quite asked him for a mint drink with milk what u usually drink it with and he said he did not have any and the next min he does a coffe front of us the staff is terrible honestly they so rude for no specific reasons she came up to our table before dinner and was like we know that u have payed for food but u did not pay to chuck it came up so rude and disgusting behaviour the pool is really small and dirty dont clean it kids pool cold would recommend it if all kf the hotels in kitten are busy but for a day cause its aint worth it!

Very cosy place. Nice and friendly staff. Good food. Perfect value
