Family Hotel Dayana in Primorsko

Room was located on the last floor and there's no elevator. The door lock seems to be broken and was really hard to lock the door on leaving. Bathroom door was not able to be closed. The place was not well cleaned. Even on the last floor the hotel is extremely noisy as it is located near a loud bar. There's no parking. There was a sharp cigarette smell inside the room. Lastly, mattresses were not comfortable and caused us a back pain for days.

Extremely inhospitable owners, and the attitude is more than terrible! With a reservation a month ago, we go and they kick us out because "there were no keys in the cupboard, therefore there were no available rooms".

Horror! Horror! Horror! I have never seen a dirtier, more disgusting and disgusting hotel than this one! Dirt everywhere! A terrible smell everywhere! Sand in the bathroom from previous guests, cobwebs, torn wallpaper, broken toilets, disgusting things in the bathroom...
Not to mention the attitude of the staff. They are constantly fighting with each other.
The only good thing is the location of the "hotel", but I prefer to go to the beach more than to stay in this misery! It is not worth the money, don't lie to yourself!
It's a shame that there is no option to attach photos, because I took them to prove what a misery this hotel is.
