I told them to clean My rooom like everyday they say «ok we will clean» and they never do. Had 9 days stay and i will never ever back to Tia Maria.
Absolutely terrible. Staff don't want to work. Need change front reception staff for it to look better.

I think this staff should be eliminated as soon as possible before someone gets hurt. I have never felt with someone as blunt as brick wall. Some of them you can tell they don't want to be there. They don't want to work and help people. Honestly.. what a poofery..
Dirty Rooms: The rooms were filthy upon arrival and remained so for most of our stay. We had to repeatedly request cleaning, which was done only once or twice over our 10+ day stay, despite asking four times. The rooms were washed only when we specifically demanded it.
Terrible Beds: The beds were extremely uncomfortable, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep.
Unfriendly Staff: The staff was generally unfriendly and unhelpful. Some were downright rude when asked for basic services like room cleaning.
Broken Showers: The showers were broken, which added to our discomfort.
Limited Room Keys: We were given only one room key, which was highly inconvenient.
Smoking Cleaners: The cleaning personnel smoked in our room while pretending to clean, adding to the overall unpleasantness.
No Fresh Towels: Despite our requests, we did not receive new towels during our entire stay.
Scam Tactics: The hotel staff constantly tried to scam us. We booked a taxi through the hotel, and they added a 10% commission to the driver's price, resulting in a higher cost than initially quoted.
Angry Staff: Some staff members were visibly angry and hostile when asked for simple services such as room service.
Overall, Hotel Tia Maria provided one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. We strongly advise against staying here if you value cleanliness, comfort, and decent customer service. Wouldn’t go back even if i got paid for staying there.
