Wonderful place, well-kept environment, big apartment/half of the house with a big terrace. Two very clean swimming pools. Very quiet place on the outskirts of the city.

Great place with an amazing view to the mountain, wonderful yard with soft grass and a big mineral water pool. The houses are clean, very warm, well equipped and comfortable.

Everything started well (nice and clean place) until the owners allowed to 10-15 people to organize a private very loudly party around the swimming pool. The access to the swimming pool has been cut as it was expected to go and swim while someone dances around you (Bulgarian version of kyuchek), sings Bulgarian chalga's songs and eats/drinks in front of your face. Even the shameless person will feel awkward.
When we asked the owners to talk with this group of people to continue with their party inside the house or just to turn the music down in order all of us to be able to sit on the terrance and have a normal evening, they responded that this place is not for children or for people looking for rest, and if we want we can leave. They cannot do anything as they do not know how to talk effectively with the noisy people.
It is really sad that such behaviour is allowed on places, which are categorized as places for rest and recreation.
P. S. If you plan to visit the place, ask whether such events will take place, as it is guaranted that you will not be able to use the swimming pool or just have a normal and calm evening.
If you like such parties, well, it is your destination. But all nice and good-mannered people will never bothered so much the other guests. It is called education - to know the border to celebrate something pleasently and not to become vulgar.

The houses were really clean and everything was setup in a professional manner. The place is quiet and has a great view of the mountain.
