1. Air Con is 45 years old and extremely noisy and gave everyone sore throats and croaky voices
2. The staff are disgustingly rude and have no manners
3. The air conditioning broke and almost fell on my friends head whilst he was in bed
4. The food tastes like cardboard
5. The cleaners admittedly stole my speakers and I had to meet a random man in the streets to claim them back to find lose screws in my speakers.
6. In total we got 6 actual bed, 3 sofa beds and 3 rusty metal z-beds bearing in mind some people have paid £625 for this holiday and didn't even get a bed
7. The beds themselves were itchy and disgusting
8. Cleaners were inconsistent and in total probably cleaned 3 days in total out of 7
9. The maintenance man invited himself into my friends room to fix the air con whilst her and her friends were asleep and she was in her underwear as it was hot and he was standing over her fixing the air con when she woke up so she obviously felt conscious he might have taken photos
10. We paid £625 for some bizarre reason when others we know at same hotel paid less - someone paid £510 for 2 weeks here
11. The 18/30 reps are very suggestive and inappropriate and unprofessional
12. The music is blasting from 10am all day long so you can't sleep
13. My friend cut his toe deeply from the tiles in the swimming pool
14. The manger is never present
15. When you do complain no procedures are ever taken
16. We found 3 Cockroaches in one of the rooms
17. The sheets and bed just felt diseased
18. The rooms are ant infested
19. 18/30 reps manipulatively robbed us all of £230
20. Thomas Cook dont care about customers
21. We also have video evidence of one of the staff throttling my friend
22. We paid for 4 rooms and only got given 3
