Androthea Hotel Apartments

My friends and I had a reservation for 4 rooms done thru an online travel agency, paid in advance since February. At arrival, we were informed that they miss read the booking and they saw only one room instead of 4 rooms. Funny, if we would have we paid only for 1 room instead of 4 they would have noticed, no? They offered relocation and transfer to a hotel situated 1.5 km away from that point. Actually what they did was to make overbooking and they tried to walk out us to another hotel which was not similar nor in the same area. I asked them to offer me another accommodation in the area and they refused to offer any other alternative. I also asked to discuss with the owner and he refused to show up. You can imagine this as a start of a vacation, sitting in an unknown town, in the middle of the night, with no proper accommodation and no help. Luckily we found across the street the perfect place, which I really recommend - Melpo Antia Suites- they really saved us. Regarding this place, please be careful as they are not reliable, in the season they are trying to sell as much as they can without caring of the guests, choosing which ones to keep. Later we found out that the owner was sitting just on the street near us and he was laughing at us. This situation is not acceptable and for sure I was not happy with it. I had my money blocked 4 months and I didn't get the paid service. Moreover, I was forced to look for an acceptable accommodation in the middle of the night. Dear owner, I really wish you have the same treatment as we had from you on all your holidays and to not have clients if you value them so little! So, dear travellers, choose wisely reliable properties and I hope you don't have problems on your trips.
