The hotel is housed in a building built centuries ago and decorated in a mix of Baroque and classicism. Today the hotel is included in the list of architectural heritage of Prague. All rooms are very spacious and comfortable, equipped with modern and comfortable furniture, some rooms have kitchen.
Located in Prague 01 district, in the city center, 90 metres from the Quadrio shopping centre and the metro station Národní třída and 600 metres from Wenceslas square, 11 km from the airport.

The staff was very nice and welcoming, the place is very well located, the room was clean, we had a kitchen and a bath as well. The breakfast is included (not exceptional, but surely enough). Everything was actually very good and we had a wonderful stay. I'd recommend it. Obviously it's not a high-end luxury hotel, but it served us really well
Everywhere on the floor were someone's black, long hair. The shower drain was also clogged with hair. Bed linen was not fresh. The room was old and shabby.
Carefully! Booking search when you choosing "parking" shows this hotel, but in fact there is no parking. A day of parking costs about 40 euros. Keep this in mind if you are traveling by car. For this money you can rent a good hotel already with parking!
There is no online checkin, in fact there is no reception. If you arrive late and leave early in the morning, you don't have a chance to check in. After you leave, the owner of the hotel will begin to write to you in a rude manner and threaten that you have not paid the city tax and threatens the police. Although we did not refuse to pay. He told us about the city tax on whatsapp only after we left the hotel.
It is impossible to fall asleep at night because of the noise, because the building is located next to the tram tracks. All night people yell under the windows. Close the windows is not possible otherwise it will be stuffy.
Warning! Don't be fooled by the breakfast included in the price. There is no variety, and after a couple of days you can't eat the same food every day!
The Czech Republic is a very beautiful country, but the impression was greatly spoiled by staying at this hotel.
Unfortunately Czech republic closed its borders before our trip due to covid 19 and we were unable to go anywhere.
Since that time, the hotel is not responding to our request to have a refund. It is not our fault as covid 19 closed all the world in a lockdown. We tried to call several times and each time they were telling us we will get back to you soon. It has been more than 2 months, a dozen of emails and no reply. All the other hotels and airlines refunded us back.
Even if we were planning to go again after covid 19, we will surely not choose this hotel again.
