Prague, 42, Kateřinská 465 (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Great place for the price and convenient location not in crowded areas but very walkable to the heart of Prague
Breakfast was good apart from the fact that there were no vegan options. There was soya milk available.
We liked the hotel. For three guests, we got a spacious and clean room with a kettle, microwave, and mini fridge. The bathroom had a shower and a bathtub. The breakfast was decent. The garage was a plus. The reception was open 24 hours. The only problem is the small breakfast area: at the busiest times (~8:30-9:30), it was difficult or even impossible to find a free table.
Clean room, staff are courteous, we just wished they have full body mirror 😊 walkable to most tourists attractions area.
Check in was really good and we managed to check in early so arrived from the airport and managed to get straight into the room. The room was clean but very small, no room to get out of the bed either side so you had to slide off the end. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast was included but this wasn’t clear when booking so we missed out on this for two days of our...
It is an ok Hotel, I mean it has all the amenities that one expects from a Hotel, very clean, a good breakfast. On the downside perhaps its the lack it vicinity to the Old Town, mind you, its not that it that far, its only a 25 minute walk. But hey, if one opts to take the tram, it shouldn't be a problem.

A little bit far from the center but you can easily get there by the public transport (tram, bus, metro, everything is near) The room was clean and nice. Firstly, we were a little bit cold but then just turned the heater on so it was all good. Breakfast (a buffet) was very tasty. You have some options to choose from, nothing extraordinary but enough to start a day. Really enjoyed our stay there
To far , not so clean , but good breakfast
very good. Coopretive staff. Clean.
Friendly and helpful staff, good value for money, good location (not far from Skalka metro station). Cons: No outlets next to the bed, no kettle in the room to make tea or coffee, etc.
No amenities. The location is far from the station. It's a good place to stay if you only look at the price.
It was nice to be able to stay at a reasonable price with breakfast provided. The downside is that it is a bit out of the way.

Prague, Stroupežnického 1, Smíchov (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Really well located hotel, away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre (old town). Lots of restaurants and cool coffee shops within walking distance, plus a supermarket right under the hotel too which is great if you're after a snack or need some supplies. The metro A line is also outside the hotel so easy access to airport or the city centre in no time. Breakfast is good but could do with a...
Overall hotel experience was good! Train was situated very near to a Metro & not too far from two tram stop options! Super convenient to get in and out of the centre. Hotel staff were friendly and responded quickly upon request. There were some stains on our carpet floor and we weren’t sure whether it was spilled coffee/a burnt carpet (?) but nothing too concerning. We stayed for 5D 4N and found...
I had a really good stay at Akcent Hotel Prague. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The location is very convenient — there’s an Aldi supermarket nearby, and the bus and underground stations are right in front of the hotel. It’s only about a 10-minute underground ride to Prague city center. I would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel, friendly staff and convenient location to the Prague Airport & Metro station!
It is proloblem that Hotels reserve more and more time for cleaning rooms. In this case 5 hours which is.20 percent of the 24 hours we pay for. I understand it is cost efficient to get everone leave at a fixed time and even be firm about not giving rooms at a fixed time. It is not customer friendly and I think more flexibility would be possible if staff was allowe.
This was a bit of a puzzle architecturally. It seemed like maybe it was once two separate buildings that were joined. The breakfast was on the 2nd floor and the sauna was on the 3rd. I liked the sauna but when I went to use it on the next evening I discovered it it was not free (included in the room price). The breakfast was very good despite one reviewer. I liked the big traffic circle in front. Very...
Probably stay here again It was a rather confusing building layout and a lot of doors to go through. There were 7 doors from our room to the sauna that was on the same floor. All in all we liked it. Convenient location for taking train to Karlovy Vary and airport. Quick tram to the good parts of town.
Very nice/convenient! Great facility! Close to tram stop. Clean modern room/bathroom
Really nice location in the city. I choose because it was located close to a conference that I visited. I will most likely book at Hotel DAP again next year. True value for money. Above average breakfast. Fair price. Highly recommended.

Hotel Aura Design & Garden Pool, Prague1 / 29

Prague, Kostelecká 819/67 (9 km from centre) 🧭 Map
This review is a comparison with my previous stay at Hotel Aura Design which was 6 weeks before the current visit. Same room another floor, was in much more used condition (I would say it was in visibly worse condition). In addition to that the bed sheet was torn apart on several places, when we entered the room there was hair on the pillows (which after complaining were immediately changed). At check...
During our travel we had an over night stay in Prague and we choose Aura Design hotel, it was a good choice, the place is easily accessible with car, has private parking it is clean and well maintained. Also the staff is super friendly and gives their best to help you and make your stay more enjoyable.
Warm foods and pet friendly Nice and kind staff
The reception staff were great and the hotel is very clean. The area around is nice and quiet. The distance of the hotel from the city center was not a problem for me because of the shuttle service provided by the hotel. It is really a great feature and I appreciate it very much. I have a comment on the cleaning staff. They should pay more attention to the walls and ceiling of the room and also behind...
It's a great value for your money, the hotel has a free shuttle bus to the city centre and more if you ask. Breakfast was as in every single hotel with variety of options. 5/5
We enjoyed the great breakfast that had many options to choose from. Also the swimming pool was really nice and super clean which is the reason we went there. We will definitely go again!

I was weary about booking after all the negative reviews, but I am so glad I took the chance to go anyway. This hotel is a little gem. The staff are amazing and ever so helpful to accommodate your needs to the best of their availability. The room we got was upgraded, spacious, modern and housekeeping was to our satisfaction. Breakfast was the usual Mediterranean buffet but absolutely delicious. Worth...
Well we were disappointed 😓 We stayed there for 5 days in December and the hotel is definitely not 4 stars, more like 3. -Cons- ❌ They never changed the bedsheets for these 5 days and they were covered in black lint. Same with the bathroom sink. Also they never cleaned the room floor, just took the garbage out ❌ Bathroom towels seemed clean; they were changed 3 times during our 5-day stay, but only...
Really great breakfast - proper hot food as well as cajes, salads, yogurts, fruit, cereals etc. Well located, super clean and well-maintained. Nice quiet rooms. Recommended
My four stars are for the service from the girl at the reception. Very polite with the questions we had, she helped us with the taxi to the airport, and I must say, for the breakfast, it was fresh and plentiful.
Our room was upgraded to a larger 4 bed room which was great because we brought our dog with us so she had more space. The room however was on the front side of the hotel which was quite loud early in the morning with traffic. The hotel is 30+ minute walk away from the main parts of Prague you would want to see. Breakfast had plenty of options, cooked and cold, being included in already cheap room...
It was a great stay and I enjoyed a lot. Staff was very friendly, room was clean, and the location was close to center. Unfortunately, I should say there was not any fridge in the room and as a 4 stars hotel I think they have to have it there.

Room is clean, comfortable. Good staff. It is outdated, and the neighborhood does not feel good. But it is close to the airport, quiet, had a good night sleep.
It was what we needed close to the airport, hotel and room were clean and staff were pleasant and accommodating, and free breakfast was a plus!
Close to airport. Good parking. Friendly staff. Opened breakfast early just for us. Wonderful 3 star stay.
I needed just one night accommodation not far from the Prague Airport. Hotel Meritum was one of the cheapest in the area, so I decided to book it. I can honestly say, it was very good choice and real value for money. The standard is not too high, however it is more than you need for one night stop. This is my third stay at the Fleur des Lis Hotel, my favorite hotel in Prague (and I have stayed in many hotels over 30 years of visiting). I returned for a second stay last May. Each of my visits to this hotel is for three weeks, so I get to know it very well. The staff is superb! The rooms are large and very comfortable with large bathrooms, air conditioning, and a good breakfast. The location is...
I spent 21 days in this charming and lovely hotel The staff is very courteous. The rooms are very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and there is cleaning service everyday. A kettle is provided for coffee and tea, there is also a mini bar, and satellite television stations in many languages. Location is great being close to a metro stop and tram lines. Located in Vinhorady, on of of the most desirable...
Lovely people hosting who try to accommodate their guests as well as possible. Definitely a good stay for the money approx. 10 minutes by foot from the next tram. Extended intercontinental breakfast buffet with pastries, coffee and fruits. Our highlight: the hosts left an attentive birthday note signed by the entire team for us. Thanks again!
This was a great little hotel. It’s not right in the old area but it’s near a metro line and a few tram lines which take you there in less than 10 minutes. It’s a great neighborhood- safe and fairly lively and mostly Czech (I didn’t see or hear many tourists around here)- which also means the food and drinks were much cheaper. The rooms were great- spacious and nice classic wood furniture. Bright....
I booked to take my daughter away for her birthday and the hotel were amazing, they booked a cake for me, a driver from the airport to them, not just this my daughter was given a gift and made to feel very special. We arrived poorly and were not able to do all we would have liked but the hotel again helped write down local medication to take, they just went above and beyond for us. We are extremely...
My wife and I stayed here for a few nights on our honeymoon trip to the Czech Republic and Austria. It is a beautiful hotel, conveniently located next to the public transport. They decorated our room on the first night of our stay, which was such a thoughtful touch! The breakfast was delicious with so many options and great lattes. I would definitely recommend staying here when in Prague.

Nice hotel, my room was very big. The woman with glasses at the reception was very good and always extremely helpful. The only small downside is that the room looked a bit old even style wise, but nothing major i still enjoyed the stay
Good place for a short stay. Great breakfast, perfect employees.
Impeccable accommodation with a delicious and generous breakfast. Parking is possible in the underground garage, where a lift takes the car down. The staff are friendly and welcoming.
Are all Czech people that nice as this hotel staff? Seriously, the ladies working here were absolutely welcoming all the time and all of them. I've been there several days and I met plenty of them, and they were all super nice. Also, there is someone at reception at all times. Very diverse & tasty breakfast, with fruits, yogurts, pizza, cooked food, donuts, coffee, tea etc. You'll find something for...
Rooms are big and good. No smoking allowed in the hotel, but some rooms have balconies available. Very friendly staff. Some minus points, shower has no high connection point, meaning washing your hair is a bit awkward , and are not very well ventilated. No fridge in room. Good safe fot valuables. A nice and cozy, simple budget hotel. The cleanliness could have been just a little better, and the shower drain was not working perfectly :( Also, it’s a pity there is no kettle in the room, but you can easily get one at the reception :) The staff is super friendly and pleasant, and the breakfasts are excellent! For such a small price, it’s honestly an ideal find. The location is very convenient...
Nice breakfast, spacious space, affordable price; just a bit far away from attractions
The hotel room was less than desirable. It was much smaller than expected, and the shower didn't drain. The door to my room was difficult to open, and I could hear my neighbor snoring all night long. The rest of the hotel was great and the staff was very friendly.
Breakfast was really delicious. The staff were very friendly and patient. The rooms are small but perfectly formed.
Pros: The room was very spacious, the heating was good, and the breakfast was delicious (I noticed fried eggs were available around 7 AM, otherwise it was scrambled eggs). Cons: It's about an 8-10 minute walk from the station, which is a bit of a distance. Also, the room lighting was quite dim overall; as soon as I got back to the hotel, I just wanted to sleep. *The hotel no longer offers a washing...

Amazing stay — highly recommended! We absolutely loved the apartment. It was sparkling clean, spacious, and so comfortable that I could easily have stayed for a month. We had a great experience at this hotel. The receptionist, John (English name) was a super star. He was so helpful and accommodating. He did his best to make our stay memorable. I stayed here for a week and the access to transat could not be beat, literally right outside the door! There is a mall near by with a grocery store so we were able to keep food in our room which was handy. The main building is very nice and is a good place to stay for those who are interested in history and culture. Nice and peaceful surroundings. The only drawback is the shared bathrooms but not a huge problem. Very nice staff!
This was so charming, staying in a real historic villa in a very green part of the city with great transportation access. Very comfortable and the service was excellent. Can’t recommend enough.
The hotel is in a good, quiet location, just two metro stops from the city center. The room and service were unsatisfactory.
Villa-style hotel, embassy area, very safe.
