The front desk staff were very friendly, and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Although the check-in time was stated as 3 PM, I arrived around 10 AM to have my luggage stored, and they allowed me to check in right away. I was very grateful.

Not far from the city center, travel is convenient and transportation is nearby. There are also many restaurants nearby, so you don’t have to worry about food issues. The streets nearby are quiet and there will be no noise issues.

Great location located just a block away from the underground. Also located right above a bar and restaurant which made for a couple of late night bites possible. The room was decent sized and came with a little table so we could sit and eat. There was also a small desk so I was able to set up and work a little bit on the trip.

They provide parking (behind 2 large steel doors) at hotel Arbes, just around the corner (+-100m), where you also have to check-in. Tram is very close, and the best way to get to the center or the castle.

We had a great stay in this apartment. It is very clean and very large offering a lot of privacy to our family. Besides it is decorated beautifully without denying the traditional architecture. The apartment is located perfectly in the centre of Prague next to the river Moldau and the Karlsbrücke. Plus there is a parking garage just around the corner for 30 Euros per day. Was a good room with good facilities and a decent location. However the door was completely ridiculous. It was a complete hit or miss on whether the lock works or not and at one point took an hour of fiddling to get the door to open. It's nothing to do with being a special sort of lock it's just broken and barely works

The place itself is great, very homey, I could see myself living here. The only tiny improvement could be bathroom upgrade (those moving bath doors aren't the best). And try to somehow isolate better main doors as in the morning from 5am you can hear people running around already. I'm not giving it 5 stars because of the bed. Spectacular apartment. Spacious living room, large kitchen, small sink, and tiny shower. We stayed in Apartment 2. As I said about the bed, it had a thin mattress and made it hard to sleep comfortably. If they fix the mattresses, it would be a 10!

We just stayed here for a long weekend with friends. The appartment is super spacious and has all amenities you could want or need. If anything, it lacked a little atmosphere but that said, we all had a great time and beds are comfortable enough!

The hotel's location wasn't great; walking to the station was very inconvenient during heavy snow. The room itself was nice and suitable for a family. However, the door lock was faulty; when I left, I didn't know how to close the door and had to leave the key behind the door. If they improve the lock next time, I'd try staying with my family for a few days again, hehe 🙏
