We ended up doing a daily pass for the tram and using the tram to go almost everywhere, even the closer locations just because the tram was so close to the hotel. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed

I would add hair conditioner to the bathroom, and the body lotion in the dispensers needs to be replaced; it's rancid, apparently few people use it. Also, there wasn't enough water in the room or coolers on the floors

Breakfast has everything you need. Yes, it's generally monotonous, but it's hard to imagine anything better. Great location, close to the center. There's a large shopping center nearby with all the shops

The hotel itself deserves a 5 star. the street right out front is a little unkempt but that's not their fault. Staff is very kind and helpful. There is a laptop and printer so you can print out your boarding passes

There are many cherry trees full of fruits in the small park not far away. There are bars, billiard halls, swimming pools, restaurants, etc. The parking lot is also quite good

Everything is OK, but most of the facilities in the hotel need to be paid separately.

Best wellness spot in Prague. Seven different types of sauna, swimming pool, jaccuzi, guided sauna rituals, lovely wellness bar etc. There are also many sporting opportunities, conference area and two good restaurant.

When we arrived we were greeted warmly by hotel staff - they spoke very good English and were accommodating letting us know the times for breakfast, the WiFi password (they also give this to you written on a piece of paper) and the time you need to check out by

The room When we arrived we were shocked to see just how spacious the room actually was! The bed was comfy and clean and they provide you with show gel, shampoo and soap (all from rituals!) towels, tissues and a hairdryer is also provided in the room

There are two lifts to the rooms which is great as helps with traffic, although they were a bit slow! Also stairs if you prefer a walk which weren’t too steep but we’re a spiral staircase so could be narrow in some places

The TV has English channels and has the option of being able to log into Netflix if you need it

The room also came with a mini bar, but be warmer you did need to pay if you took any items from it - there was a price list in the room for this. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels and loo roll restocked

The balcony was the best part of the stay. Watched the sunset and enjoyed a glass of wine on our balcony before going out to the Christmas markets. Breakfast in the morning was sufficient, and the staff were helpful.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel last week. It's in a great location, easy to walk to a lot of the main attractions and transport links. The staff in the hotel are amazing, so friendly and helpful

The buffet breakfast had plenty of choice, fresh fruit, pastries and even a glass of Prosecco if you wanted it! The hotel was spotlessly clean in all area's and we plan to go back again in the next couple of years

It was my first time in Prague, so I was worried about the location and accommodations, but my worries were unfounded. there were so many places to walk to, from Prague Castle to the old town

It was spacious, so it didn't feel stuffy. the interior was equipped with everything from a microwave to tableware and a sink, so it was convenient to buy fruit and wash it every day

The wooden floors were nice to walk on. After checking out, they even brought my luggage to the road. I'll recommend this place to my friends again

The room was a bit small, but very clean. The water pressure was a bit weak, probably because we were on the 5th floor. The entrance to the parking lot was extremely narrow, which made parking a bit stressful

A very stuffy room in mid June. The hotel elevator was out of order on our second day and trying to get 2x 70yr olds up 8 flights of stairs (on the 4th floor) was not ideal

We asked for a kettle and were provided with one. Only 5 contact points between 3 people isn't good when 1 is for a fan, 1 for a kettle and 3 are for lights
