The hotel is conveniently located by the river, without needing to climb a mountain, and close to attractions. The rooms are very large and comfortable. The breakfast is good, with a good variety of choices. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The place was probably very nice when it first opened. It was still nice and the high ceilings were impressive. We liked the breakfast as well. The price was higher than in Prague but should be expected given the location. No complaints. I am pleasantly surprised to see it is the #1 rated small hotel in town.

It's a bit of a walk from the station and a little far from the market, but otherwise it's great! If you're in the 6th-floor attic, you'll need to climb stairs, but the staff are very nice and easy to get along with, and the breakfast is delicious. It was a great experience!

This is an older hotel located on the outskirts of the scenic area. There's no parking. The rooms are relatively small, and the hot water isn't very hot. The front desk staff is quite helpful.

Located above the Elephant Cafe. Just look for the golden elephant. However, the 24-hour front desk service is a bit inconvenient. You have to walk quite a distance (3-5 minutes) and then come back to check in. The morning dining area is also the check-in area. The overall surrounding environment is okay, but the room cleanliness is a bit lacking. And the elevator is a bit scary.

Just a stone throw from center of the walling street of KV. few meters from the main door and voila! Rooms are cute ,clean, bfast simple, some limited space for cars in front of the Hotel. The room facilities are very new, with a balcony. It is within walking distance to the attractions and there are hotels nearby. It's just that the network signal is not good, the network keeps dropping, and the parking fee is expensive, 20 euros a night.

I would like to sincerely recommend this hotel in Karlovy Vary! The hotel is located in the heart of the city but in the quiet side street. The room was spacious and neat. The hotel is in a quiet location at the edge of a forest on a high hill. Lifting can be difficult for those who have problems with their feet. Close to the center.

It's a very nice hotel, and the location is great. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The massages were amazing, and the wellness area was also fantastic. Very nice location, about 10-15 min walk through the park to the city center. Also there is electric little car going to/from city every 1 hour, so you can take a ride. Breakfast is sufficient. Nice Spa Hotel in Marianske Lazne. Been traveling alot in Czech republic. Must say, that this hotel really was a hitten gem for the price. Staff really nice and professional. If you want to experiance a real Czech Spa holliday, I recommend this Hotel.

Very nicely decorated hotel with a very good restaurant.

The hotel is surrounded by nature that provides a peaceful atmosphere to relax. Enjoyable walks are possible around the hotel. The staff is attentive, kind, helpful and professional. The breakfast is great! Definitely, we will come back!!

Super staff they are very helpful. The walls in the rooms are a little thin so it can be noisy otherwise good quality. The breakfast room can be a little chaotic at times, hopefully they fix the second coffee machine soon. Super location for skiing and walking. Local bus stop to Lázně & back close to the hotel. I would recommend this hotel.

A very beautiful, tastefully decorated hotel. You feel very comfortable the moment you walk in. The rooms are in excellent condition and very nicely furnished, as well as large and spacious. The bathroom is also large and everything is very tidy. Very nice breakfast buffet. We only stayed one night because of the weather. But we'll definitely come back for a weekend. Highly recommended.
