My experience of this Hotel rates as a two star but to be fair to the hotel I’ve made it three. It’s perfectly functional. It’s really well located close to a beautiful church and within five minutes walking distance of the main street. It’s clean. The rooms are spacious and functional. I can’t fault any of that. The hotel is very well taken care of, the swimming pool opens as early as 9, saunas at 15 but during the weekend at 9! The breakfast is tasty and there are alot of options there! The tarrace is beautiful with beautiful view where you can enjoy the sun. The rooms and everything are well maintained! We really enjoyed our stay at the Palace. It is a complex of 5-6 buildings connected with a maze of corridors. It was interesting to wander around. Definitely overpriced hotel for what you get. No coffee/tea making facilities in room. The room was cold and when asked about it, was told there is no more heating in May. The park is run down same as the hotel. The big guy in the reception was very rude. Pool was OK, but water not really very clean. The breakfast was pretty good. Enjoyed the sour herrings. Very nice lady receptionist, whatever we needed immediately arranged, šikulky. Weekend wellness, with procedures were a bit confusing, but in the end ok. For me, the massage only in quotation marks, but the bath and peat poultice down to - 1 at the young lady great. We always stay here and will continue to stay here. Great staff here and location is walkable to many places. Only recommendation is to change check out time to 1100 or 1200: currently it’s 1000 which is a bit early still. Overall a great place to stay

Great location, great price, great service, staff is very accommodating. My only issue was that not all the staff spoke English, which proved challenging at times, but with hand and arm signals and Google translate, we got it done.

Classic hotel with comfortable rooms. We really liked the excellent buffet breakfast and the welcome glass of prosecco or juice on arrival. The wellness suite is aimed more for spa treatments, but the sauna/steam room and pool are worth going to at quiet times of the day.

We loved this hotel.  The rooms were large with plenty of storage and very comfortable beds.  It was a short walk to the park and there were many restaurants nearby.  There is a salt cave very close by that we also enjoyed.  The spa is a little disorganized but the treatments were very good.  I would definitely go back.

The location of the hotel is superb as it's located in a quiet area of Marienbad. We stayed 2 nights, not in a weekend. We had a big room with a nice view over the city. The furniture and carpeting in the room are in moderate condition. The breakfast buffet is perhaps the most extensive buffet we have ever had in a hotel!! Unfortunately, the hotel did not fully meet our expectations. While the rooms were nice and spacious, they appeared somewhat worn and had a few stains. The spa area also only partially impressed us: the pool was rather cold, and not all the saunas were working. However, the extremely friendly and helpful staff deserves special mention.

Fantastic hotel with very friendly staff. The facilities are first class and the Golf course is among the best in Czech Republic. The hotel is set in the most spectacular scenic location and the atmosphere is friendly. A special mention to Jana for all her help during our visit. Look forward to returning in September.

Great, we go to Cihelen repeatedly. The golf course is beautiful, the hotel rooms are modern with perfect beds, a friendly atmosphere, and pleasant staff. Ideal for relaxation with golf activities combined with wellness. We recommend it to everyone.

Cleanliness ok, but old wall to wall tapestries on the floors. We had a buffet dinner one evening at the hotel, which was also not very good. The whole hotel bears the stamp of age and seems a little tired. My wife asked for an extra duvet because she was cold, but she didn't get it from the receptionist - she just said no... Considering the price, we can't recommend this place

This hotel is a gem. The location is great, 3-4 min walk to the Colonada. There are so many small shops and cafes. Staff is great, friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. There is a wide variety of meals to chose from. We loved their food! It’s clear that hotel management keeps a high standard of service.

Here's a tip for visitors to the region who want a little bit of the "Spa Experience" but can't afford to stay at the wonderful Nove Lazne... The Nove Lazne hotel opens its "cures" to anyone who books up - just go to the entrance to the right of the main fron door that is tited "Balneo" and look at the prices that are clearly posted and book up a session. I am giving 4 stars because staff was using swear words when on the property talking to each other ( it was males who does maintenance work)but are are stuff and not just there for a day or two. This is an iconic old style Spa hotel. Perfect for those who go to enjoy the indulgence of the spa, relaxing, and various treatments. We spent 3 days over Christmas and were very happy. We stayed in a newly renovated room and I must say that the accommodation was very pleasant. The location of the hotel is great, it is not directly on the main street in Mariánské Lázně, but you can get everywhere on foot. The view from the room is sensational. Nice hotel with good breakfast. Nice place and nice stay. It is high up so if you plan to walk you will have some uphill climbing. Breakfast was good. Spa hours shorter on weekends so plan accordingly. One issue if you have a room without a terrace it is difficult to get air into the room due to the design of the windows and it can get hot when the sun is on your side of the building.

Perfect stay, beautiful nature.

We were there for a weekend near Oberwiesenthal. The price for the accommodation was OK, the rooms were new, spacious and very clean. Breakfast was OK, but we only used the evening buffet once because it actually did not meet our (not too high) expectations.

I tried a beautician at this hotel and I can only recommend it. Nice, pleasant and knowledgeable of her work. It was a really nice relaxation.

A beautiful gem nestled in the Bohemian Forest. Quietly situated with a fantastic spa, lovely rooms, and incredibly friendly and attentive staff. My wife and I were completely satisfied. This certainly won't be our last stay; we'll be back soon.

Delicious breakfast, Big room in nice design.

Quaint hotel close to shopping and restaurants with a nice morning breakfast. Room was spacious and comfortable with heated floors in the bathroom plus an exceptional shower although no curtain to keep the floor dry. The elevator was small so may take more than one trip to your floor.
