I had to wait because the room wasn't ready. The hotel was located on the road, so I couldn't sleep well because of the traffic noise. Other things are fine.

The Hotel Continental is located right in the heart of Marienbad. The rooms are beautiful and functionally furnished. There's a small swimming pool and a sauna. The breakfast is excellent. Dinner is highly recommended; the salads are excellent. There are many German TV programs. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

This is a conveniently located small hotel in Marianske Lazne, walking distance from restaurants, spa and kolonada attractions and trails. They included free dinner and breakfast for our booking. There is also paid parking by the hotel, but you can also use street parking or free parking near the supermarket.

Value for money hotel.. The rooms are tidy and sufficient.. The spa probably is not the best but it's not the worst either. The breakfast was good.. The location of the hotel is perfect.. Very comfortable and pet free hotel. Food was very delicious, especially dinners. Very good position in the town. The hotel needs to be refreshed a little bit, but due to long-lasting Covid restrictions, it's understaable that it wouldn't happen soon. Nevertheless rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable.

I did stay at the hotel Pavlov, the location of the hotel is amazing and is just minute away from all the amazing places in Karlo Vivary. However the hotel itself needs some renovation. The basement where the spa rooms are - you could see cracks in the walls and it did smell like mould in some of the rooms.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay and have medical treatments, if you need to. Super friendly staff, helping with all our needs, excursions, transport and any day to day questions. If you’re travelling by car, it’s important to make in advance a reservation for a parking spot (they have some parking spots along the road); no public parks available in the area (next are ca. 1 km away. The hotel location was clean and good, but the elevator was not working properly. They said there was a parking lot, but it was difficult because there was construction going on.

The masseuse in wellness is racial, she cannot adequately respond to the customer's wishes even after the warning, I do not recommend massage

Room very clean and comfortable. Staff super friendly. The pool with the possibility to rent the whirlpool privately was absolutely brilliant. One point deduction for the food ... Unfortunately, that wasn't quite as tasty. But we will definitely be back 🙂

Lovely small hotel with indoor parking, lovely spa and good meals. Stuff is very kindly. The rooms were spacy even for kid's bed and trolley. The place is rather distant from colonnade, but 25 minutes walk will bring you there. Close to highway it is easy to reach and ideal for trips to sounding areas.

The hotel is very dated. Unfortunately, so are the apartments. The couch and the two armchairs are completely worn out. The beds are rock hard; I felt like I was sleeping on boards. The food was okay. You certainly didn't go hungry. The staff was very friendly. But this is definitely not our kind of hotel. Not a 4-star hotel. Maybe 2. We won't be coming back.

I have just spent a week in this charming hotel and found it delightful. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was very good. The hotel was spotlessly clean everywhere. It is right in centre so walking distance to shops and park, and still nice and quiet. Couldn't fault it.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, and we had a very spacious family room with two rooms and a great bathroom. The KV Arena is just a few minutes away on foot or by car, and the bus stop is practically right outside. The breakfast was very extensive; only the bread rolls weren't quite to our taste.

Located off the beaten path, this carefully restored old factory offers spacious rooms, comfortable beds, bathrooms equipped with every amenity, and an excellent restaurant. Breakfast was only adequate. However, the reception staff were excessively slow at check-in, and there were indecisive and inaccurate comments on the final bill, which were later clarified. The hotel has a very nice location in the countryside, but you can also walk quickly to the center. The food and breakfast buffet is very tasty and varied! The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. Our highlight was the small but very nice wellness area with sauna and jacuzzi! It would be nice if the area was open until 9:00 p.m. and not just until 7:00 p.m.

We stayed for 2 nights in the hotel. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. The restaurant is great - recommend! But we had quite loud nights due too festival party taking place in the restaurant. For quite nights I recommend to have rooms to the forest ( not facing the lake).

A nice, modern spa hotel that's easy to reach. The hotel is located west of the entrance to the spa park with its springs. Those arriving by car will need to book a parking space at a low price. There aren't really any free parking spaces near the hotels. The reception is friendly, informative, and helpful. The rooms are clean, functional, not too big, not too small.

Our deluxe room was very comfortable with balcony, cleaning service is available every day of the stay, small cafe is downstairs, vending machines with snacks and drinks in the foyer . Very nice location, about 10-15 min walk through the park to the city center. Also there is electric little car going to/from city every 1 hour, so you can take a ride. Breakfast is sufficient.
