Nice place, beautiful house and friendly staff.

Loved this hotel. It has everything you need. The beds were so comfortable. We did have to walk down the hill for evening meals but there are many options within 10 minutes. The staff were so helpful and we could leave our rental car in a gated parking lot. Our room was upgraded to a lovely suite. Would stay here again.

Location of this hotel was great. However, it was most likely updated in the late 80ties and upkeep and cleanliness are poor. There is no AC. But it was comfortable enough without it. Breakfast was included continental style. For the price and location I say it was worth it.

It's a very nice hotel, and the location is great. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The massages were amazing, and the wellness area was also fantastic. All in all, a fantastic short break, and I highly recommend the hotel. The only downside was the mattress in the room, which was quite saggy. Nevertheless, we would come back!

This hotel is within walking distance of the city center. Loket Castle is a great place to cycle. The staff is friendly. Breakfast was okay. There is parking, but it's very cramped. The pool is small but nice. To get to the whirlpool, you have to climb a steep ladder. We didn't use the sauna. We stayed there for three nights. Our room wasn't cleaned, but we did provide new towels.

Unfortunately, the hotel did not fully meet our expectations. While the rooms were nice and spacious, they appeared somewhat worn and had a few stains. The spa area also only partially impressed us: the pool was rather cold, and not all the saunas were working. However, the extremely friendly and helpful staff deserves special mention.

Fantastic hotel with very friendly staff. The facilities are first class and the Golf course is among the best in Czech Republic. The hotel is set in the most spectacular scenic location and the atmosphere is friendly. A special mention to Jana for all her help during our visit. Look forward to returning in September.

A beautiful gem nestled in the Bohemian Forest. Quietly situated with a fantastic spa, lovely rooms, and incredibly friendly and attentive staff. My wife and I were completely satisfied. This certainly won't be our last stay; we'll be back soon.

Quaint hotel close to shopping and restaurants with a nice morning breakfast. Room was spacious and comfortable with heated floors in the bathroom plus an exceptional shower although no curtain to keep the floor dry. The elevator was small so may take more than one trip to your floor.

We very much enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Palatin. A great breakfast, wonderful staff, and central location make this a fine choice for most visitors to the Vary.

We will not talk about rooms or breakfast, you can get it better or worse in other hotels around. What make this small (16 rooms) hotel absolutely unique is unbelievable helpful owner and amazing staff. The way our needs were taken care of was just legendary and we are sharing this experience with all our friends and family, making them jealous and sure that they will book this hotel if they ever go...

The hotel is good with friendly staff. The room was nice, but the only issue was the heating—the bathroom floor was very cold, and the room felt chilly (early March). The breakfast had a good selection, and everything was delicious. And the view from the window on the 4th floor was of an abandoned building.

I’d like to thank Denisa.. she is a lovely and kindness receptionist. The breakfast is good too! The only recommendation is improving the potency of the heaters. They are so weak and sometimes it seems like being off.

Numbers are cozy, super clean and fresh, the cleaning team is super disciplined and I (to be honest) tired at some point to wake up to the knocking lady who performed her job as if she was a Swiss watch. The hotel captures/keeps alive the old grandeur from when Karlovy Vary was a playground for the 18th century aristocrats, or so I get the feeling. Nice hotel with nice room and wider single bed. The receptionist was very nice and advised very well. Pool are was clead although the jacuzzi is extremely small. Breakfast would need little improvement like adding some solt in scrambled eggs and better coffee. But it was included.

My experence was very good. Room clean and as seen in pictures online. Position off hotel TOP in city center. Staff kind and helpfull + very kind to dogs. Price and service ratio was great for me. I was impressed by minimal food waist (by far the lowest in my experiances) and also by willingness to serve something else / making more food if you need it.

Good value and great location Location is great, price is great. Hotel is dated but we spent most of the day outside anyway. Breakfast has some average choices, good enough to start your day. Karlovy Vary is small so it is walking distance to all turist spots (Thermal pool, Becherovka, Vřídlo….. ) It is about 40 mins walk from KV train station.
