Nice room, despite the property looks a bit old, good breakfast. The hotel is on a hill so it takes about 20/30 minutes by feet to reach the city center. A bus is also available, but it doesn't pass very often.

Very comfortable room with TV and fridge. Receptionist spoke very good english which was nice. Comfy bed. Good shower. We booked the Art Deco Wolker Astoria. There's no reception and the hotel is not accessible by car... and the parking is quite far away. You have to go to another hotel to get your room key. The same goes for breakfast. So really inconvenient. The reception staff were very friendly and moved us to another hotel. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay.

Breakfast and dinner from the buffet were great. We also went to the swimming pool. Everything was very nice

Very nice and helpful staff, all without mistakes. I can only recommend. The daughter with a gluten-free diet ate without any problems, the chef really has an overview and knows.

Loved this hotel. It has everything you need. The beds were so comfortable. We did have to walk down the hill for evening meals but there are many options within 10 minutes. The staff were so helpful and we could leave our rental car in a gated parking lot. Our room was upgraded to a lovely suite. Would stay here again.

Liked: The room was large enough, well-furnished, and had a nice view. Disliked: Reception and breakfast were located in the Hotel Atlantic, 150 meters away. Breakfast was very crowded, and the selection was poor. On January 1st, the elevator broke down and wasn't repaired before our departure on January 2nd – carrying suitcases down from the 4th floor with mobility issues was unpleasant.

Located above the Elephant Cafe. Just look for the golden elephant. However, the 24-hour front desk service is a bit inconvenient. You have to walk quite a distance (3-5 minutes) and then come back to check in. The morning dining area is also the check-in area. The overall surrounding environment is okay, but the room cleanliness is a bit lacking. And the elevator is a bit scary.

The room facilities are very new, with a balcony. It is within walking distance to the attractions and there are hotels nearby. It's just that the network signal is not good, the network keeps dropping, and the parking fee is expensive, 20 euros a night.

I would like to sincerely recommend this hotel in Karlovy Vary! The hotel is located in the heart of the city but in the quiet side street. The room was spacious and neat. It is an older hotel, but the staff is very pleasant and kind. Food in the form of a buffet, so food lovers will not really suffer😂 a wide selection of procedures, sauna, hot tub. The hotel is located a short distance from the colonnade. We liked it a lot. We will definitely visit again.

It's a very nice hotel, and the location is great. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The massages were amazing, and the wellness area was also fantastic. All in all, a fantastic short break, and I highly recommend the hotel. The only downside was the mattress in the room, which was quite saggy. Nevertheless, we would come back!

The breakfast was super affordable. I've never had ********* guests before. They mistook me for Chinese and even asked for a visa. 🙄 Just checking in wasted a ton of time. I'm so lucky... The service at the counter and in the swimming pool wasn't very good in English.

This hotel is within walking distance of the city center. Loket Castle is a great place to cycle. The staff is friendly. Breakfast was okay. There is parking, but it's very cramped. The pool is small but nice. To get to the whirlpool, you have to climb a steep ladder. We didn't use the sauna. We stayed there for three nights. Our room wasn't cleaned, but we did provide new towels.

Very nice lady receptionist, whatever we needed immediately arranged, šikulky. Weekend wellness, with procedures were a bit confusing, but in the end ok. For me, the massage only in quotation marks, but the bath and peat poultice down to - 1 at the young lady great. Unfortunately, the hotel did not fully meet our expectations. While the rooms were nice and spacious, they appeared somewhat worn and had a few stains. The spa area also only partially impressed us: the pool was rather cold, and not all the saunas were working. However, the extremely friendly and helpful staff deserves special mention.

Fantastic hotel with very friendly staff. The facilities are first class and the Golf course is among the best in Czech Republic. The hotel is set in the most spectacular scenic location and the atmosphere is friendly. A special mention to Jana for all her help during our visit. Look forward to returning in September.
