A beautiful complex, surrounded by greenery yet very close to Karlovy Vary. Very quiet. The pool is very clean and modern. The rooms are lovely, spacious, and clean; you can hardly hear the neighbors.

A beautiful gem nestled in the Bohemian Forest. Quietly situated with a fantastic spa, lovely rooms, and incredibly friendly and attentive staff. My wife and I were completely satisfied. This certainly won't be our last stay; we'll be back soon.

Totally recommended!! The hotel is situated in beautiful outskirts of karlovy Vary. 15 min drive to the city. The hotel looks like a palace with helping and friendly staffs. Spa area is also very clean and tidy

Delicious breakfast, Big room in nice design.

Quaint hotel close to shopping and restaurants with a nice morning breakfast. Room was spacious and comfortable with heated floors in the bathroom plus an exceptional shower although no curtain to keep the floor dry. The elevator was small so may take more than one trip to your floor.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel was amazing. The view was incredible and the location was unparalleled. The front desk staff; Nela, did everything she could to make our anniversary a memorable experience! Thank you Nela. We loved every second of our day and we really appreciate the time and thought the hotel staff put into making our guest experience memorable. We will return.

Excellent hotel in a great location. The staff is kind, friendly, and professional. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. Breakfast was plentiful and sufficient. We find the one-star negative reviews somewhat puzzling. As we read them, they seem to come from petty and vindictive former employees. It's quite childish to misuse reviews in this way. Didn't stay in the hotel. Just stopped for a beer and a snack! Lovely place to stop and sit outside to people watch ! Staff were friendly and had a good sense of humour!

Tasty food big portions,good service. Prices are a bit higher than in some other restaurants. Centrally located, just next to the river. Cosy outside sitting area. Unfortunately it was a windy and rainy day. We may come back to summer to enjoy this place again:)

Wonderful location. Great staff. Would have preferred a cooling unit option in the room, we had to open the windows with no screen, at night. Specifically contact them ahead of time for a parking spot otherwise you will walk about 5 minutes for covered paid parking.

We stood at Interhotel Central for 7 days, I have no idea why this establishment lacks the last, fifth star. Numbers are cozy, super clean and fresh, the cleaning team is super disciplined and I (to be honest) tired at some point to wake up to the knocking lady who performed her job as if she was a Swiss watch. The breakfast and waiters are cool as well, say Hi to Kiril and tell him to smile more jajaja...

The hotel captures/keeps alive the old grandeur from when Karlovy Vary was a playground for the 18th century aristocrats, or so I get the feeling. Great location, parking right there in front or in the back (set up ahead of time would be easier), great rooms, great breakfast, and super helpful staff. Among your many options for staying in town, definitely consider this one.

Cousy old style hotel with wonderfull view to the river and shoping street. Exellent service and breakfast.Here is a swiming pool. Really spacy rooms. Family friendly. Sauna, massage and parking place is like an extra service.We enjoyed beeing in this hotel!

Nice hotel with nice room and wider single bed. The receptionist was very nice and advised very well. Pool are was clead although the jacuzzi is extremely small. Breakfast would need little improvement like adding some solt in scrambled eggs and better coffee. But it was included.

Very comfortable hotel in the Bristol network.

My experence was very good. Room clean and as seen in pictures online. Position off hotel TOP in city center. Staff kind and helpfull + very kind to dogs. Price and service ratio was great for me. I was impressed by minimal food waist (by far the lowest in my experiances) and also by willingness to serve something else / making more food if you need it.

The most beautiful vacation we've been to. Great Balneo with amazing staff. High level cuisine with friendly and empathetic staff to disabled people. We really appreciate it! I can't say enough about a well-kept, clean hotel with an excellent medical center. The swimming pools, the roof terrace, all usable even after hours thanks to the exquisite courtesy of all the reception staff. I underline the courtesy of all the people at the reception and in the breakfast room. The hotel is in an excellent location, central, but nevertheless in a very quiet street.

I made a booking through a 3rd party website, without the option of free cancellation. Despite this, I contacted the hotel direct and they agreed to a full cancellation without any penalty. This is really generous and is great customer service. I will definitely book again once Covid is over. Thank you.

Excellent location, very helpful staff and very good food.

I did stay at the hotel Pavlov, the location of the hotel is amazing and is just minute away from all the amazing places in Karlo Vivary. However the hotel itself needs some renovation. The basement where the spa rooms are - you could see cracks in the walls and it did smell like mould in some of the rooms.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay and have medical treatments, if you need to. Super friendly staff, helping with all our needs, excursions, transport and any day to day questions. Superb medical staff, very friendly and organized, no long waiting in line to get to your prescribed procedures. And the food is well above expectations!!!

Absolutely delighted with the service and very warm welcoming from the staff. Wanted to say a special "thank you" to the kitchen staff for delicious and various food. Assesment was done by a highly qualified doctor who prescribed the needed procedure which I really enjoyed. Also, each of these treatments were clearly explained by friendly specialists while giving. If you’re travelling by car, it’s important to make in advance a reservation for a parking spot (they have some parking spots along the road); no public parks available in the area (next are ca. 1 km away. Not good if you’re on motorcycle.

The hotel location was clean and good, but the elevator was not working properly. They said there was a parking lot, but it was difficult because there was construction going on.

The masseuse in wellness is racial, she cannot adequately respond to the customer's wishes even after the warning, I do not recommend massage

Room very clean and comfortable. Staff super friendly. The pool with the possibility to rent the whirlpool privately was absolutely brilliant. One point deduction for the food ... Unfortunately, that wasn't quite as tasty. But we will definitely be back 🙂

The hotel and staff are excellent. Everything is ready, clean, the food is excellent, the pool is beautiful, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Lovely small hotel with indoor parking, lovely spa and good meals. Stuff is very kindly. The rooms were spacy even for kid's bed and trolley. The place is rather distant from colonnade, but 25 minutes walk will bring you there. Close to highway it is easy to reach and ideal for trips to sounding areas.

Room clean, breakfast and the restaurant serve good foods and the counter service person is friendly.

Beata at reception is very attentive to the customer. She reassures us and gives helpful advice. A very good hotel.

The deluxe twin room was absolutely amazing!

The hotel is spotlessly clean, and we had a very spacious family room with two rooms and a great bathroom. The KV Arena is just a few minutes away on foot or by car, and the bus stop is practically right outside. The breakfast was very extensive; only the bread rolls weren't quite to our taste.

Located off the beaten path, this carefully restored old factory offers spacious rooms, comfortable beds, bathrooms equipped with every amenity, and an excellent restaurant. Breakfast was only adequate. However, the reception staff were excessively slow at check-in, and there were indecisive and inaccurate comments on the final bill, which were later clarified. The private parking is convenient.

A small hotel located in a picturesque place. The room had no air conditioning or kettle. It was very stuffy in hot weather. Breakfasts were plentiful and tasty, but the staff took away the dishes very quickly, sometimes even not letting you finish eating. And the check-out time was very early, which also caused discomfort. In general, a modest hotel for a reasonable price.

The food is acceptable, except that you order food the day before and you get a different one, because it simply didn't work out.
