Located close to downtown, clean rooms, kind staff and a nice breakfast means a good price-perfomance!

Not good!!!
We were eating in the evening. But it was horrible. The lady with the face- lifted face brought us all bottles of water. And it was sparkling!!!!! :O We reacted to late and so we all had to pay for it!

Really rude staff, and hot water costs 1euro, when they want to charge, they speak English, when they do not want to help, they speak Czech, horrible experience!!!

4 stars for the staffs specially the the blonde lady. She work hard yet still keep a smile on her face.
For the hotel; need better pillow and faster elevator.
