Despite a bit old-fashioned appearance of the building the staying here was really great experience - willing personnel, great services (including wellness, massages, scooter rentals...), outstanding quality of kitchen. Thank you all!

When ordering at a discount machine, 4 rooms jumped out instead of 1 double room. I wanted a correction on the phone and I was offered an apartment as an apology, which I accepted, I would not do it anymore, it was a mistake. This canceled the procedures and I wished for it, so for 3 nights and breakfast I paid 6,000 CZK and in the evening there was suffering until late at night the door cracked from the elevator and after the fourth morning again on the warning apology and a nice smile. Next time, don't pay anything in advance and I'm not going there either. It was a punishment

Old hotel, no luxury, archaic amenities, but clean and tidy. The hotel restaurant was a very big return to the past, especially I mean the equipment. Breakfast such a worse average, if someone is used to something better, but unpretentious clients will certainly be satisfied. Location nice, rooms relatively spacious and clean. Bathroom also renovated and clean. The staff was friendly. Good for sleeping.

This hotel is not for the discerning. They will probably be disappointed. The era of socialism can still be felt here in some places 🤘It was a pleasant and helpful service for me both in the bar and in the dining room, I have to pick it up. The kitchen is also a good old school, so classic Czech dishes. Maybe he would like to tweak the vegetable garnish a little and taste more. But otherwise satisfaction for me. I only have two reproaches 🙄 I would like an espresso for coffee beans in the dining room. Coffee is a disaster. Not everyone can pour coffee from a vending machine. And in the bar, the girls should be careful about tapping the beer into the right glass from the dishwasher, especially the crawler. It's not nice to get a beer in a warm glass👎 But otherwise pleasantly spent 4 days in this hotel👏
