Sadly I didn't have much of an appetite that night, but enjoyed the little I ate. We're not really in to entertainment that much, but the singer was very good. They had belly dancers, bingo and a magician too

The not so good stuff; the a la carte restaurants are nothing special unfortunately. We dined at Bamboo and American Diner

Ended up booking here last minute due to our holiday to Zanzibar being cancelled, so had few options and very little time to research, but luckily we struck gold! From the warm and efficient reception on arrival the exceptional service continued throughout our 2 week stay

We arrived very late and they had thoughtfully put sandwiches, cake and fruit in our room

And finally, there is a guy who works at the Spa, he will harass you everyday, 2-3 times per day, whether you are around the pool or the beach, there is no escape from him pestering you to book a treatment at the Spa

We were both underwhelmed with both, so didn’t book and further restaurants and opted for the buffet. The staff are very hit and miss. Some are friendly, they smile, say hello, helpful, the others are so miserable

Lying by the sea was truly comfortable. I didn't pay attention to the location when booking the hotel, and it's quite far from the city center. Next time, I'll probably consider staying in the city.

The hotel staff sent the luggage to the room and gave 20 Egyptian pounds, with a look of disdain and dissatisfaction 3. When checking out, they forced me to give a good review, and the food was highly homogenized

All the meals were buffet style, and the taste was pretty much the same for everything, so it got repetitive and boring after a while, but they were generous with the meat portions

The room was much bigger than I expected, but not as aesthetically pleasing, probably due to the flooring and wallpaper, which gave it a bit of a rustic, country house vibe

There were many pools, and evening performances. I saw a lot of Caucasians, almost no Asians. Maybe I've stayed in too many hotels like this, so it didn't impress me much

They assigned us a super, super large room with one king-sized bed and two single beds; the single beds had pilling

There are interesting evening programs, good cuisine, a wide variety of food, and delicious fish (I can't comment on the meat, as I don't eat meat, but it looked amazing). The fruit, however, was mostly unripe

We had a great time in Sataya Resort. Good food choice, plenty of space around pool areas. Room was clean and comfortable but I bit dated. Staff friendly and helpful.

Sataya was one of the best places we have experienced in Egypt

The only negatives were: Wheels on bed didn't lock Sales people had to be told multiple times daily,"when we want you we will find you, until then no thank you!" Otherwise we greatly enjoyed our trip and hope to return someday

All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Happened to witness a lifeguard in action and I was blown away by his speedy reaction. All food in the restaurants and pastries in the bars were of high quality and very fresh

All was good.the porter service on check out was not the best.they delayed bringing the luggage and I was about to miss the bus going back to cairo.

We stayed here for 7 days, during our stay we enjoyed all the hotel facilities. You will never go hungry staying in this hotel 😂 they have many restaurants with a lot of options for food. We will come back here for sure

This hotel is close to the airport. I booked an all-inclusive package and was given a first-floor room. The hotel has multiple pools, a wide variety of activities, and a restaurant with a daily menu

The hotel is nice and clean, the room facing a swimming pool, with great AC, the only downside is the water pressure at the bathroom is a bit low

The freshly squeezed juice in the morning is delicious. It's a great place to relax and unwind

A fantastic stay! The snorkeling was top-notch, the room had an amazing pool and ocean view, there were four restaurants offering a variety of choices, and the service was warm and attentive! I woke up naturally every day, went to the sea, ate dinner right after getting out of the water, and even caught the beer festival – I could relax for four days straight!

To top it all off, a small terrace with chairs and a table where you can gaze out at the sea. The sea is just steps away, the beach is well-kept and clean, with a walkway that takes you beyond the coral reef

a place you want to return to again and again, and to a large extent thanks to the staff who create an atmosphere for you! Cleaning is top notch. location in a picturesque, windless bay

The resort is centrally located near the airport. The staff is impeccable, friendly, and many speak Italian. The six restaurants and five all-inclusive bars were always open

The rooms are large and equipped with every comfort. King-size bed, sofa, TV, kettle, safe, oversized wardrobe, functional bathroom with an oversized shower

We enjoyed the food there and most of all the waiter that served our table Mustafa Muhammad every day we wanted him personally to serve our table because he was really good at what he did, He knew exactly what we needed without being annoying or bothering us

People like Mustafa Muhammad make a good impression and you always want to return to the same place again where people like him are working because it makes your day and you can enjoy your vacation

This time was different I secured my scuba diving qualification at home so I could enjoy the reef further. I experienced two shore dives with the Aquarius diving club with a professional dive master Omar

I have watched their professionalism over the years. All the staff at the hotel go out of their way to make sure you have an enjoyable experience but a special thanks to Ahmed the life guard on the jetty

Everything has been covered in previous reviews but the thing that stands out for myself is that the hotel welcomes feedback to make sure issues are addressed

Their app is very useful and easy to use, and the buggies service was fast and convenient, making it very easy to move around the resort. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely come back again 💯

Everything was great except for the hotel management’s lack of respect toward the pasta chef at lunch, as he was standing under the scorching sun while there were movable umbrellas just a few meters away that could have been placed to give him some shade

There are cats living throughout the hotel, so if you don't like them, be careful (they will try to get into your room). Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all buffet style (changes daily)

I think the environment and service are both excellent, making it perfect for a hassle-free trip. You can stay at the hotel for 3 days and enjoy the Red Sea without leaving the hotel

From the moment I arrived, the reception team was incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful. Their warm attitude and attention to detail made check-in smooth and set a great tone for the entire stay

When we asked, they said they had upgraded one of our rooms. After much negotiation, they finally combined the two rooms into one suite with a much better view. We didn't check in until 6:30 PM

The food at the hotel was also the best I've had in Egypt! Very Western, with relatively few local Egyptian dishes. The strawberry and mango juices and various cocktails were all delicious!

The beach is nice and very clean; you will love it. Some of the hotel workers speak only Russian to you, even though not all guests are from Russia. Overall, it is a very good hotel, just not one that deserves 5 stars

At the Stella restaurant, the dinner menu is varied and of good quality. This is the work of the new chef. We were also very warmly welcomed in the Asian restaurant

I would rate the food positively—there isn’t a wide selection, but it is tasty. As for desserts, most of them are frozen, so when you take some, you can still feel the frozen center. The variety of fruit is poor

the sea is good, the beach is beautiful, the shoreline is nice, and there is one beautiful reef. The lifeguards persistently offer to lay out towels and find sunbeds

Extremely close to the airport, just about a five-minute drive. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to the airport every half hour. The environment is very comfortable and the service is excellent.
