We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was excellent — they brought fresh fruit to our room and provided as much water as we needed, which was a really thoughtful detail

nice hotel with great service, the location is good but not very near to the beach. they provide shuttle to the beach every hour. room was big and clean.

Located a 10-minute drive from the airport, the room was the same as in the pictures, slightly larger, and cleanliness was up to Egyptian standards

The breakfast was surprisingly plentiful, the best we had during our week in Egypt, and very good value for the price. There were lots and lots of cats in the courtyard

There were several supermarkets close by, so we were able to buy souvenirs at very good prices. Taking a taxi to the souk was affordable and straightforward, making it easy to explore the area

Our holiday was amazing from start to finish! The cleanliness of the entire resort was incredible – the staff were constantly on top of everything, keeping the grounds spotless

The only small downside was that the evening entertainment finished at 10pm due to noise complaints, which was a bit of a shame. But honestly, there was so much to do during the day that we were never bored

The reception gent was superb - he quickly sorted our double room to twin beds and when he heard it was my daughters birthday he arranged a cake. He also extended our check out as we had a late afternoon flight

Our room was cleaned daily, and the beds were changed regularly, which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff were absolutely fantastic – we were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived

While our room was spotless, it was noticeably outdated, and the food, while having some moments and good variety, was repetitive. Some of the rides were closed for our entire stay

We booked a double room with breakfast included. The cleaning was very good, the breakfast was varied, you won't go hungry. The hotels are very close to each other, there's a large hotel area in general

Staff is nice, service is fast, food is very good and tasty. Every dinner BBQ, huge variety of dishes and deserts. Alcohol offer is to appreciate in Muslim country, and the drinks that staff make are fair

The stay at the Bliss Nada hotel was truly wonderful. The hotel itself is great, and the staff’s service — exceptional. The waiters in particular are incredibly hardworking, kind, and always willing to help

They do so much for the guests, and their warm attitude makes the stay even more enjoyable. However, I need to share one remark. In my opinion, the manager’s behavior towards the waiters is not very pleasant

The internet was really good, and the facilities were quite modern. There's also security downstairs, which made me feel very safe.

Location good for Uber, felt safe, no attractions nearby, but as city is so big you use Uber/ taxis to get everywhere anyway

I stayed in room 2201, facing the pool, and every morning the staff handling towels were speaking very loudly to each other from a distance. Other than that, I definitely recommend this hotel

Good hotel with a lot of businesses, companies and meetings rather than relaxing and touring. I tried the Italian restaurant and the food there are great. Toilets in the hall need more care

Room: the room was very large, however it was a weird arrangement because it was clearly a 2 double bed room pushed together to be a awfully wide king size bed, which means the plugs and light switches are at a weird locations

Also just swimming in the pool was great because of the professional lifeguards that were making us feel safe. There wasn't really much noise problems everything was neutral

Location is great, near you have shops and pharmacy. Value was equal to the experience. I'll recommend to everyone to go there

The animators try to give a best, so it's never boring. Security is high; the hotel complex is covered by cameras, and the police can often be seen patrolling in front of hotel building

First time traveling to hurgada solo and must say hotle was brilliant had everything what i needed in room. The staff were really good and fantasic all helpful nothing was ever to much always happy to help

Although the hotel is a bit old, the environment is great. You can take a boat on the Nile right outside, which is always convenient. It's also very close to the Old Cataract Hotel.

The hotel and service were excellent. We rented 3 rooms while visiting the Aga Khan Mausoleum in Aswan

You can spend the day sailing on a small boat around the hotel, or you can spend time lying on a deck chair and enjoying the atmosphere and pleasant views of palm trees and the Nile behind which are sand dunes

The property is beautiful and couldn't be more safe if you had little ones who needed to run around. We had absolutely fantastic massages. The spa is not large, but very nice

We found everything we ordered on the economy to be very bland. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was FABULOUS. There were more options that we could possibly have tasted

We didn't pay a lot for the hotel though. All inclusive was very good though. Lot's of food and drink options. Drinks on tap as well as available in cans from certain bars

Wine was good too! Pools/Slides - There is no lack of pools on this resort, they are everywhere! Waterslides were amazing - 120cm height for the bigger ones with 110cm plunge pool

The place is definitely family-oriented, with lots of activities for children and very dedicated, enthusiastic animators who made every day enjoyable. Perfect hotel for families – highly recommended!

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Our room (4170) was always clean, and the housekeeping gentleman was extremely friendly and polite
