Pensee Beach Resort Marsa Alam Operated by Three Corners Hotels & Resorts in El Quseir

The hotel is spotless, especially the rooms. The beach is as warm as a jacuzzi, and there are many various types of fishes and coral reefs on the surface, so you don't need to spend money on snorkeling. My main concern was the food; they don't offer plenty of options, only a few, and the food isn't the best for all meals. The night shows are also fantastic, especially the Tanoura, which we have enjoyed as a family. This hotel gets a 7 out of 10.

Without crowds, noise and lots of stimuli. It was also important to me that there was no waste of food and resources there, something we should pay attention to in our choices. In many aspects the care for the environment caught my eye. I hope that after the renovations and the time of change, this attitude of caring for resources will not change.

I wanted to give it a 5-star rating but there are some pros and cons to it so I will make another rating Price 10/10 (best value over money) rooms 6/10 (phone not working, no instructions on the safe, tv signal poor, master key not working doesn't turn off electricity, poor air conditioning) (View Good, Spacey) Food 7/10 (food is good but not lots of choices you will suffer if you are picky, and the bakery is horrible) Drinks 1/10 ( hard or soft is terrible except tea and nescafe) beach 8/10 (if I counted their neighbor beach as well) Staff 10/10 animation team 3/10 (they need improvement) summary staff is cool, nice hotel, good prices, need improvements regarding F&B, the beach is acceptable, the animation team is so dull, i would totally recommend it without any hesitation

We had a lovely stay at pensee hotel, we were two friends travelling together and got welcomed so nicely. The staff is super friendly and are always ready to help, especially Mario, who has your drink ready the moment you sit down. We were more than satisfied with the food, plenty of options and you’re able to get a snack almost any time. The cooks who served us were also always open for a joke and making sure you had a good time. At the beach you have everything you need and you have the option to put up a sign so no one disturbs you which is amazing for a relaxing afternoon. The spa is great and the massages are such a good deal, we went for multiple sessions and wished we had booked even more. Besides there’s also a lot the do and the animation team is super enthusiastic to make sure you’re entertained and animated. Overall a great stay! We’re already planning on coming back 😊

We are family of 3 and stay for 12 days. We really enjoyed our holiday. Hotel is located very close to the bay with amazing coral reef. Staff is very very nice, helpful and always kind, helpful. Rooms are clean. Food is good, you always can find something you like. Animation team is great- they have a lot of energy, always around you. They do they work perfectly- a lot of atractions during a day and evening. We recommend this hotel as a very good place to stay. Very good is also fact is very close to the beach, which is very close from the sweeming pool. Wonderful people as a staff make this place special.

It's in the middle of nowhere between Hurghada and Marsa Alam surrounded by ocean and dessert. * For us this is exactly what we needed & wanted. * From the moment we entered the Hotel we were greeted in an extremely friendly way. We arrived after 11PM and there was still (hot) food prepared for us and we got a tasty welcoming cocktail. We got a huge room with big balcony (although only booked the smaller bungalow). The beach/riff is just mind-blowing, so much beautiful fish to discover. BUT please never step on the corrals! So this beautiful underwater-world stays in tact. Also the umbrellas and sun-beds are in great distance to another, so that it is really relaxing with so much space. The whole service stuff (gardeners, cleaners, reception, bar & service staff, lifeguards, beach crew, the kitchen crew, manager (+ CM Herma) & and the fantastic animation team) are just all wonderful people, always smiling & being helpful although having so much work to do. A special shout out to the beduin baker (Papa), making every morning & evening fresh Beduin bred + delicious pancakes in the pool bar during the afternoon. Roomservise exceeded all our expectations. The room was made EVERY day and most of the day they made us smile with a new arty towel figure. ;) Food was every night extremely delicious, prepared and presented with so much love to detail - mind blowing again - and more than enough to choose from. Drinks were good, once you get used to the Egyptian sprit. ;) If you want a super delicious cocktail, YOU NEED to visit the beduin tent on the beach. For the small extra money you can drink a delicious cocktails & try a variety of beduin drinks in wonderful spot. HUGE shout out to the two guys being there day & night (Thomas & Mohamed), wonderful human beings, that thought us a lot about Egyptian culture. Shoutout also to the great animation team (Anieta, Boika, Ali, Jimmy & Galil) always bringing great energy and smiles without being too much. Running activities such as yoga, water-gym, ball games, a colour party on the beach and much more. Jimmy even being the Fakir - blowing your mind if you are there to watch it. Need more reasons to visit this paradise? AmunSPA - you can get a great hamam, massages, face cleaning or hair cute. The staff here is just as awesome as everyone else.
