We weren't expecting to go to a luxury hotel, but these unfinished rooms, not even clean, were a disappointment. The hotel itself would have been perfect, well located, and most of the staff were okay!

In the room furniture outdated, mold on the walls, in the bathroom the mirror was damaged, the door didn't close, the toilet was yellow, the smell was terrible, the floor not clean. We had an negative experience.

Terrible experience – I strongly advise others to avoid this place. From the moment you enter the restaurant, it’s clear that the staff has no control over service. No one greets you, asks how many guests you are, or offers to help. You’re just left standing there, feeling invisible. When the buffet runs out of food, I had to personally go over to the chef and let him know — for example, there was no chicken. Later, I found a dessert I actually liked (which is rare, as I don’t usually eat sweets). After I finished my meal and returned for dessert, it was gone. I asked the chef again, and he said he would refill it. I waited 5–10 minutes, standing, while he filled up everything else. Eventually, I sat back down, only for him to come and say: “There’s no more of that dessert.” Why say otherwise if it’s not true? The staff don’t smile or show any sign of hospitality. Their negative attitude affects the whole atmosphere — it brings down the guests too. It truly ruins your day. The massage clinic was also terrible. Three of us went for massages and all of us had severe back pain the next day. We could barely walk. And worst of all: they pressure you to leave positive reviews — it feels forced and dishonest. I booked sauna time — it clearly states they close at 19:30. I arrived at 18:50, and they kicked me out by 19:00. Completely unprofessional. At the pool area, staff doesn’t clean up — if you don’t tidy after yourself, the place turns into a mess. There is no attention to detail and no effort from the team. ⸻ This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hotel. I give it 1 star, and I absolutely do not recommend it. Do yourself a favor — choose another place.

We are very pleased with the hotel itself and the conditions on site. Very nice and helpful service - fantastic animation team (seven - ue ue). The room we got was freshly renovated, huge, with a kitchenette and a huge bathroom. Great view of the sea, marina and city. Close to everything - 3 minutes walk to the mosque, 5 to the fish market, 10 to the center. Food ok - but nothing special - different cuisine every day. Animation program every day. Beach and small reef right by the hotel. However, the hotel itself is under renovation - the third part is out of use, some rooms before renovation. 90% of tourists are from Russia - it did not bother us - I met a lot of people from different countries (UK, Holland, Poland, Egypt, Finland, Hungary), interesting conversations.

The hotels management and services are friendly. The beach and the aqua park were the best places to stay at . The life guards and the animation team are very energetic and helpful. And somewhere funny and happy

We were originally planning to spend 11 days here, but left for an other hotel on the second day. Room service was non existent, after 3 calls to the reception and one face to face discussion with them, we still could get them to provide towels for the room. However, towels seemed to be uneccesary anyway, as there was no running water most of the day. Cleaning was also practically non-existent, the room was below any standard, especially of a supposedly 4 star hotel. Food was terrible and not enough, they usually ran out of mostly everything midway the meal time. The view from the room was nice and the beach is excellent for snorkeling, with corals, fish etc. Other than that, there is something very wrong with this hotel and unless management does something very quickly, I don't expect it to survive. The hotel itself has an excellent beach and nice features, but unless something is immediately done regarding cleanliness, service and food I don't want to come here ever again.

We get a room which was in disaster/falling apart party of the hotel without room servise even if we ask for it 5 times. It was finally changed 8th day of our 10 day holliday. If you want normal/decent room as you pay for it in price of holliday you have to give them money to passport. Bathroom was in horrible condition. If you have even cold water to shower you’re lucky. Second rooms was little bit better, there we get every day room servise, so they’re servising just “better” part of hotel. Everyday we had to wait for beach towels more than half hour. Food is every single day the same. For breakfast don’t expect any fruit, it’s just omelet, boilled egg,some kind of sallami, cheese and pancakes. You have to ask even for piece of butter. The only possitive were cakes for dinner and lunch. Water is in small plastic cups so when you are going second time for water without giving them money they’re rude. Juice is just water with syrup. Everytime we had to wait and looking for plates, forks and napkins. The same is beach bar, there you can get everyday the same “hamburgers” and ice cream. The only good thing there is nice garden, beach and sea.

It was nice to stay in that place and the beach is very beautiful it got a nice view and the animation team is very nice all of them are great entertainers mo and deba and mido and husien but the service is the worst and there re some bar man on the beach they call him x he is so rude and he is fighting with everyone he is dangerous person but everything else is very good
