Excellent hotel with wonderful staff, only they know is how to take care of guest at any cost.
Only issue indian vegetarian food has very less options but still will recommend to everyone.

The hotel is located in Makadi Bay, about 30 kilometers from Hurghada city center. Prima Life in Makadi Bay seems to be one of the hotels with the highest occupancy, almost always fully booked. During our two-day stay, we were the only four Chinese guests; everyone else was European or American. The hotel is quite large and has its own beach where you can swim and snorkel. The room was very clean, and the bed sheets weren't pilling, but the facilities are a bit old. The bathroom drain was very slow and would get clogged during peak water usage in the evening, but showering outside of peak hours was fine. The hotel has four restaurants, but only the main restaurant was open every day. The food selection was rich and tasty; the roasted camel meat was particularly delicious. The beach bar also served freshly baked pizza from a wood-fired oven every afternoon and offered daily specialty cocktails. The service at the front desk, restaurant, and bar was good, with one exception: a waiter named Mohammed at the Oriental restaurant completely ignored us. When ordering, all the foreigners who arrived after us were served, but he didn't acknowledge the four of us. I tried to catch his eye several times, but he looked right through me. Eventually, I had to wave him down and directly ask him why he couldn't see me, and only then did he quickly serve our food. The Oriental restaurant was our only somewhat negative experience; everything else felt great. For an all-inclusive hotel costing just over 1,000, it offers excellent value for money. Overall, I highly recommend it.

It's my first visit to this nice hotel. It's reviews encouraged me to visit it. I'm writing this review exactly on the check out day. Everything here is almost perfect. Cleanliness of all facilities (rooms, pools, beach, restaurants, ...etc.). Room size is very adequate. It included all your needs (water, tea facilities, safe, clean bathroom, good A/C, ....). I requested a child bed and I was happy when I saw that they put a bed suitable for an adult. Pools are of various depths that fit to all ages. Aqua park is 3 medium size slides plus one toddler slide. It was very funny and guards all always there taking care of visitors. It suits childs between 4 to 15 but I also enjoyed it (my age is 40 :D). Food is very various and of very good quality. However, I didn't like the queues for grills, pasta, omelet and baked bread. Honestly the hotel was very crowded and this could be the reason for that. Less of the staff in bars didn't show a good attitude for Egyptians. I could feel that. Animation team was nice and everyday there was a show and plays on pools and beach. Yesterday there was a foam party which was very nice and my kids enjoyed it the most. Now come to the best facility in the hotel which is beach. It was a rare mix between sandy and corals. Snorkeling there was few meters away only. Great variety of corals and colorful fish. Beach itself was very clean, seats were comfortable. The beach bar offered drinks, snacks, ice cream and popcorn. The hotel has a private parking area but outside the hotel. Finally I loved this place and I believe I would repeat my visit next year ;)

The staff provide daily room cleaning, and with the All Inclusive package food and drinks are available practically all the time.

Every bartender was friendly, communicative, and professional, but the one who really stayed in my heart was Elsahid (sorry if I misspelled the name! :( ). When we arrived at the hotel after our overnight flight, almost at sunrise, he greeted us with a genuine smile and offered us some warming “welcome” drinks. Each day I looked forward to seeing him behind the bar!
The coral reef right by the hotel’s beach was a wonderful surprise. Just a short swim from the shore you can see colorful fish and marine life, which makes the hotel’s location feel truly special.
The diving center made it possible for me to go down to 8.5 meters for the first time in my life, and I felt exceptionally safe. The guide from the Scuba Diving Center was clearly a true professional.
Bibo at the pool — his energy and engagement were unforgettable; I remembered his name from the very first day.
Another great person was a cheerful, fun Czech girl on the team (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name), and she wasn’t nearly as pushy when it came to selling tickets.
Safety: every time we left the hotel, staff noted the taxi’s license plate number and our details. It was clear that guest safety matters to them.
❌ Minuses
Between 16:00–19:00 (local time) there’s a gap with proper, lunch-type food — something to keep in mind despite All Inclusive.
Room lighting is poor. Two or three small wall/ceiling lamps are simply not enough, especially for women getting ready for a party or dinner.
The animation team could be too persistent, trying several times a day to sell guests tickets to closed parties ($5–10) and T-shirts. Even a pleasant chat often ended with attempts to sell these extras.
Guests wasting food: with All Inclusive, many people left huge amounts uneaten. It was sad to watch waiters clearing away several full plates that never should have been piled so high.
Kitchen seasoning: dishes were often quite bland and it was hard to find something that really suits a European palate — even the scrambled eggs.
Overall impression: very positive.
I’m sure that with this level of service, Prima Life Makadi will continue to attract many guests — and I truly wish them all the best!

The staff were incredibly helpful and polite — a special thanks to Amr at the front desk, who consistently went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His hospitality really stood out.
The food was delicious, with generous portions and clearly freshly prepared. Every meal felt thoughtfully made, which we really appreciated.
The highlight for our family was definitely the beach and the pool area. The water slides, kids’ splash zone, and other fun features kept our little ones entertained for hours. It’s clear the hotel is designed with families in mind.
Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, from the rooms to the public spaces. You can tell the staff takes pride in the property.

It was a pleasant stay at Prima Life Makadi.
The staff was extremely nice. I requested a room in the ground floor to ensure an easy accessibility for my child's stroller and they gave me a very good room with the specs requested. The food was very good, not a huge list of items but with a delicious taste.
Animation team was a active and they do a great job entraining the guests.
I'd like to thank Ahmed from the reception for his decency and professionalism.
