This hotel was the best hotel I’ve stayed in, the cleanliness of the place was great, the variety of food, bars and snacks were great! The hotel staff were all great to talk to and very friendly. Hotel housekeeper Said Mohammad was great with us, he went above and beyond for my partners birthday and made us animals from towels on our bed, or made pretty flower arrangements daily. Islam Mohammad from the pool bar had such great service and a good outgoing funny personality, he treated us very well. We did a boat excursion, where Alex and Ibrahim stood out for their service, they both had a great attitude and made the boat trip a lot better than we had even hoped for. We didn’t have much interactions with the animation team, but when we did they were very nice, trying to encourage us to get involved with the hotels activities. All round a great trip! I will be booking this hotel atleast once per year from now on. Thank you to all the staff at Hurghada Long Beach

If you are a non-smoker, this place is not for you. The cigarette smoke is everywhere. In the hallways outside your room, coming in from the balcony, on the beach, at the pool, wafting into the dining hall, at any entry point, at any table where you might want to sit and relax...
The lawn mower started up at 8am right outside our room. Do they even think about the guests? The gardens were lovely, and I appreciate all the work put into them, but this was disappointing, and to be honest, angering.
There is ONE accessible washroom for hundreds of guests between the two main dining halls, (which are absolutely packed, by the way. None of the restaurants in The Point are open during slow season we learned, a little too late. But it's ALL listed online) which was CLOSED FOR CLEANING DURING BREAKFAST.🤦🏻♀️
The highlight would be the staff. With exception to the Front Reception. Everyone is happy and smiling and welcoming.

This resort is incredible. It’s enormous and has everything you could ever need! The staff cannot do enough for you! Big shout out to Emma from the animation team. I can’t believe she is new to this job. Seemed like she has been doing it years.
Food is amazing, cleaners are fantastic leaving our room perfect every day. Can’t wait to come back!

A truly unforgettable stay at Hurghada Long Beach Resort.
We visited as a group of five for seven days, and from the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Every member of staff — from the chefs and assistants to the lifeguards and cleaners — treated us with genuine kindness and respect. A special mention to Hassan and Chef Fares, who went above and beyond every single day. They are truly wonderful people.
The resort itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and full of life. There were activities every day, and we enjoyed everything from horse riding and safari adventures to a yacht trip and a tour of Hurghada city. All of these were organised seamlessly by the reps at reception, who made planning effortless.
What touched us most was how my mum was treated — like absolute royalty. The care, attention, and warmth shown to her made our trip even more meaningful.
I wholeheartedly recommend Hurghada Long Beach Resort to anyone looking for great service, friendly staff, and unforgettable experiences. We left with full hearts and beautiful memories.

The best hotel in Hurghada! We stayed here from 3-11/01 in room 278 and we absolutely loved it. Hotel has that insta style, the best variety of food, the staff are amazing. Many thanks to our housekeeper who made sure our room was spotless every day with new design on our bed made from towels and fresh flowers. The animation team playful and always happy. The bar and restaurant staff was top quality making sure we had drinks at the tables and sunbeds at all times. Special thanks to Diving school who accommodated our needs and had a positive can do attitude. This hotel is truly exceptional and we will be back this year again with group of friends. People who work there deserve a medal for being so welcoming. This hotel is always a step ahead of you with whatever you need. I cannot thank them enough for making my holiday so enjoyable. I had packed lunch made by the hotel for my trips, Raham made me lemon and honey drink when I had sore throat, fresh towels in luggage area so you can use pool after you check out, housekeeper welcomed us when we arrived and would always ask if we needed anything, nothing was a problem for the hotel staff, there is nothing this hotel cannot do. I don’t like going to the same places for holidays but I will make an exception this time, this resort is not just a hotel, it’s a family and the people who we met were the nicest ones. Long beach resort was an average experience. Food was okay and not amazing. Very family oriented and very german/eastern european vibe.
The biggest complaint was regarding the room. We booked a standard room and were given a family kids room. We had to complain twice to get a new room, and even then it wasn’t the standard room we ordered. Staff wasn’t exceptional overall.

Overall it was terrible. We stayed for three nights. On the first night we found blood stains on one bed and a lot of black dirt on another bed. We called the reception three times and waited for several hours but no one came to change the bedding. Finally we were too sleepy and called the reception to say no need to come and change it tomorrow. At nearly 1:00 am, the service staff knocked on the door and woke me up to change the bedding. Is this kind of hygiene standard for this hotel? Is this kind of slow service standard for this hotel? Is knocking on the door in the early morning to wake up the guests the service standard for this hotel?
The food was average, almost unpalatable. I don't know if they deliberately made the food unpalatable to prevent guests from eating too much.
On the last day when we checked out, they said that they didn't copy our passports when we checked in. They were lying because they had asked us to copy our passports when we checked in. They must have lost the copies, but they lied that they didn't copy them. My friend took the bag where my passports were at the gate. It took more than ten minutes to go back and forth from the reception to the gate. We had a flight in the morning, so I said I didn't have time to get it, and the reception accepted it. Then they called the security guard at the gate to intercept us and chased us out to ask for our passports. I don't understand.
In short, this hotel has poor service, bad food and the staff lie.

I recently stayed at Long Beach Resort and it was an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The animation team was fantastic! They were energetic, friendly, and always created a fun atmosphere.
