The buffet meals were quite good and delicious, perfect for a full day, but eating too much is unacceptable.
The hotel service wasn't very proactive, but tipping isn't customary here, so perhaps they don't overdo it. In Egypt, this sense of boundaries is nice and stress-free.
The hotel was full of white people, with no Asian faces to be seen.
A special shoutout to the animation team Big Mido, Ahmed, Ussa, and Magda > you guys are the heart and soul of this place! Their energy, kindness, and genuine effort to involve everyone in the fun made every day exciting. Whether it was games, shows, or just their warm smiles throughout the day, they truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home and entertained. Their passion and positivity were infectious!
And we can’t forget Chef Lil and bar man ibrahim what a star! Every meal was a treat, not just because of the delicious food, but because of the personal touch and care Chef Lil put into everything. You can really feel the love in the cooking.
This wasn’t just a holiday it felt like being part of a family. Huge thanks to the whole team for making it so special. We’re already planning our next visit!
The hotel staff are warm and helpful. The beach team are amazing. The beach is small but perfect for the small hotel. The food is beyond anything we have ever experienced in an all inclusive hotel. We ate at the Aqua restaurant last night, it was incredible. The nightly buffet in the hotel is excellent. The snorkeling is fantastic. We have seen puffer fish, sting rays, lion fish, cuttlefish and a turtle. We are loving everything.
