We went to this hotel in January what a mistake that turned out to be. The rooms poor mould in the bathroom on the shower curtain shower didn’t work reported to reception nobody came so removed the shower head and it was blocked with thick black gunge stained toilet stains all on the paint work electrical wires exposed due to broken socket. Only two sockets in the room one of the was in the bathroom. The food was mainly catered for Russian and Polish very limited choice cereal only available twice in two weeks no milk available. Stray cats allowed on the food areas the staff in the restaurant had dirty clothes daily. Only one lift working out of four. Pool area good but only two hours of sun in the day. Sister hotel that had the beach we stayed 2 years ago the entertainment was the same as two years ago same music same activities we did get entertainment at night for 30 minutes but same music as at the beach. The only plus to the hotel was the security guard and the cleaner. Location central which was a good job as we had to eat out every night due to having repeated days with the same food and not catering for English.

Hotel is brilliant. Staff are top class. Very polite, good range of food. Animation team are very fun, lots of dances, lots of activities such as Zumba, yoga and volleyball. Would definitely recommend joining in the activities whenever you can. So much fun!!

When we checked in, we was offered a larger room for £20. Paid cash and no receipt provided. The room was large in size but very outdated. We had no hot water one day and was told this was normal just to leave tap open for 5-10 mins for water to get warm. Out of 4 lifts only 2 work and they need a service desperately as the doors don’t shut properly but was on 6th floor so had to use to bring luggage down. Some staff are friendly and some are rude. Mustafa, Mohammed and Tamer were great. There was a little shop inside hotel and don’t go there / very expensive had to haggle prices. Hotel had beach with another company and their facilities were much better. Food was hit and miss - they have low staff so a lot of pressure on chefs and cooks to cook faster but not their fault. The pizza lady made great pizzas. They were delicious 😋.

The rooms are diabolical, it feels like you’re staying in a shared accommodation. Shower curtains are yellow due to mould build up. There was poo stains in the toilet when I arrived. DO NOT GET ME STARTED ON THE FOOD. Whilst I was here I practically starved even though I paid for all inclusive, the chicken was raw in the middle. Even basic things like cereal felt like they’ve been left out for months. Entertainment had no organisation and nights felt flat. The best thing they could up with is offering to take you to a club outside of the resort at the end of the night. Everything is a money opportunity to them, it’s doesn’t feel like you’re guest it’s feel like you’re being used for your resources. The only positive thing I can say is the beach, so you can escape the hotel. Not worth it , even for price. None of staff spoke good English so expressing concerns was pointless but they did know how to ask you for money funnily enough. Horrible place.

I wish I had read the reviews earlier. The view is ok, but there are 3 empre hotels appearantly. The best one was on the beach, but we wusbt so lucky. Our hotel was a bit furder 10 min walking from beach. The view was ok, showing inner yard with swimming pool, but we were shocked from rooms and hospitality.The person who sign us was grumpy and mixed our keys, didn't give all inclusive bracelets. Although some of our friends had really good rooms, ours wasn't great, quite dirty , poor bathroom , no towels, we had to buy from store below on high price. Air condition with hanging dangerous cables and sparks so we switched off. There was a fridge , so old with stains, empty (no mini bar).Eventually 3 days later we got some + some bottles of water, after giving a tip. No hot water for a couple of days. Almost none WiFi, only in lobby. Everywhere they expect tips, but not doing the job properly. Food was OK, very nice people in restaurant. On last day we find out that we could get a free card for bech towels, nobody said anything to as.Never again in Egypt!

Booked this hotel and we had never been to Hurghada before. The place was lovely. I loved the beach and the little cafe/bar next to the beach. The staff were amazing and it’s what makes it so good. For us this hotel was perfect. We did all inclusive and found the food really nice too. Happy to book again next year with all the family this time

I have been in this hotel ,very beautiful and the stuff are very great.the shops are in the hotel very full of items.Mr Boombastic is very great person the owner of the shop.i give advice to anyone want buy anything like cigarettes and oil and statues ,maghanit, snorkeling,chips ,or clothes ,bags.. He have everything thing in his shop.it was very good prices and very high quality not like other shop sell rubbish stuff.

Had access to the empire beach hotel too which has a lovely private sandy beach. Staff mainly friendly and helpful, and the shops are full of beautiful items. And Mr bombastic is a very friendly and helpful shop owner
