From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. We got there quite late at night, but the staff still welcomed us with a smile and offered us dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was a lovely surprise after a long journey.
Our room was spacious, beautifully clean, with a super comfortable king-size bed, a small terrace, and an incredible view over the lagoon. Every morning felt peaceful and relaxing.
The staff at the hotel were simply outstanding — always smiling, friendly, and genuinely caring, especially with little Leo. A special mention to the restaurant team: Ahmed Anas, Ahmed Fawzy, Ibrahim (“Miam Miam”), Abanoub, the manager Mohamed, and of course the talented chefs. They made us feel at home every single day.
Also, huge thanks to the lifeguards: Mossad, who played football with Leo; Tarek, who built pyramids in the sand with him; and Mohamed, all of them always there when we needed help. Their kindness made our stay even more special.
The food was excellent and varied with different theme nights, and the outdoor heated pool was just perfect. We also enjoyed the 24-hour gym, the sauna and spa area, and the beautiful private beach just a few steps away. There were plenty of activities too — from aquagym and stretching sessions to guided kitchen tours and visits to El Gouna. The city center is very close, and you can easily get there on foot or by tuk-tuk for about 50 pounds, which is super convenient.
Overall, this was an amazing experience from start to finish. We can’t recommend the Steigenberger Golf Resort enough and will definitely come back one day!
The breakfast buffet is great, and the set-menu lunches are delicious.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
I visited with a group of 20 guests and booked the meeting room; the service was more than excellent.
My only comment is that it would be great to have a larger meeting rooM

From the moment we arrived, Mr. Ahmed and Madona at the front desk welcomed us with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a perfect holiday. Our room was spacious, stunning, and opened to a dreamy view that made every morning feel like a scene from a romantic movie.
Housekeeping was exceptional. Mahmmod took care of our room daily, adding thoughtful touches and beautiful décor that made us look forward to returning after a long day.
The food was outstanding rich, fresh, and different every single day. Evening entertainment added a special charm and made our nights even more memorable.
We also spent time at the Golf Club, which was incredibly classy and serene. Mr. Samy made the experience even more delightful with his professionalism and kindness.
