Hotel with small rooms and good children's Playground. The hotel is close to downtown and popular discos in Hurghada. After a hot day it's nice to sit in the evening in the beautifully decorated lobby with balconies and a fountain. Perfect for youth, lovers of active holidays and for families with children.

The bedroom is not worth a 4 stars. Mosquitos every night because the gap from the window door. Bathroom to renovate. Bathtub too small.
Food was good but not amazing.
The location is very good tho. And the employees very nice (except reception). The beach and pool side very good and clean.
On check-in (late at night), the receptionist asked us to pay an additional €90 balance, which made no sense since the stay was fully booked and prepaid through a travel agency. We refused, and he said he would “check it.” We never heard back.
On check-out, a so-called “manager” demanded payment for the Christmas dinner, which was again already included in our package. He escalated the situation by threatening us with a $200 charge. We had to urgently call our travel guide, who dealt with the hotel directly by phone. Only then were we allowed to leave. This behavior is simply unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a supposed 4-star one.
The room itself does not meet 4-star standards: mosquitoes every night due to gaps around the window door, a bathroom clearly in need of renovation, and an uncomfortably small bathtub.
Food was fine, but nothing memorable.
Positives: the location is excellent, the beach and pool area are clean and pleasant, and most staff members are friendly — except for the reception, which unfortunately leaves the worst impression.
After walking further, it became clear there was no other external access, so we returned to the gate. At that point, communication from security became aggressive and unwelcoming. The staff spoke very little English, denied us entry, and repeatedly stated “that was the way,” without explanation, while other tourists were freely walking in and out.
We were only allowed entry after contacting the spa directly and having someone escort us from the gate. This experience was unnecessarily stressful and poorly handled, especially given that we had a confirmed appointment.
