It lacks of all the basic standard of what a resort is.
Don’t let the pictures of the hall and commons spaces fool you.
Those are nice and pretty, but the rooms and the overall service is very poor.
I don’t care for minimalism in the decoration but I do care for cleanliness, of which this place is clearly lacking everywhere, spa included.
Do yourself a favour, invest some more money into something cleaner and higher standard or your vacation will be ruined.
Only good thing: beautiful see with amazing coral reef and thousand of fishes!

P.P.S. Update after one week. The music is still blasting. Therefore, one star.
A special highlight was the Cleopatra SPA – truly amazing! I also want to give a big thanks to Yasmine, who did my hair beautifully. She was professional, kind, and very talented.
I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
