Location
The hotel stands 10 km from Hurghada city centre and 17 km from Hurghada International Airport (HRG). Positioned directly on the sea with a private sandy and pebble beach 80 meters away, guests have direct access to the first coastline with shallow waters and coral reefs nearby, suitable for snorkeling with protective footwear. Nearby attractions include water sports such as windsurfing, diving, and beach volleyball available on-site, though many come at an additional cost. The resort is somewhat remote, so excursions and city visits require a taxi ride, with taxis costing approximately $2 to $15 depending on the destination.

Reviews
Only let down is the food... the themed restaurants are very nice. The food isn't bad quality just very repetitive buffet same things most days and bland, also one evening is completely fish night which is not something I eat, so struggled. Anyone with allergies of any sort will struggle as hardly anything is labelled and those items that are do not have any allergy indicators.
We booked and paid extra for a swim up room, which was pointless as only the main pool is heated, the others aren't so paid for something that couldn't use, should really advise this on booking that pool is basically an ice bath out of main season.. so little annoying.
Entertainment is very poor, worse we've seen at any resort. Almost pointless on some evenings. The animation team are nice enough and friendly but don't bring the best of vibes, most seem tired and fed up. The MJ entertainer is the best of the group!
The hotel itself is very quirky and Shaggy on reception is super helpful...
The service was excellent especially the food with lots of variety and made for taste. The staff were superb and polite.
Only negative was the music and entertainment. Sorry guys but 20 year olds sorting this for guests aged 40-70 years old they got it wrong.
Overall a fantastic, safe, fun vacation at a great price. Would definitely return
We asked him several times to bring us a Coke and a Fanta. His response was that he would bring them “when he can,” but we waited a very long time and never received them. When we asked for an ashtray, he told us that it was not his responsibility and that we should find one ourselves. This is completely unprofessional behavior for a hotel of this level.
We also noticed a clear difference in how we were treated compared to other guests. Cocktails were served to other people in large glasses, while ours were always brought in small ones. This created a very strong impression of intentional and discriminatory treatment.
The hotel itself is beautiful and has great facilities, but behavior like this from the staff completely ruins the experience. We expect the management to take this complaint seriously and take appropriate action, because this kind of treatment toward guests does not match the standards of a hotel that claims to provide high-level service.
The highlight was the Bedrock Bay pool. It’s heated, has a great swim-up bar, and even a pool table in the water! Special thanks to the pool attendant (Mohamed/Mahmoud), who was incredibly welcoming and helped us secure the best sunspots daily. Manuel at the bar also provided fantastic service—drinks were always stocked, and the toasties were a great snack.
Dining:
• Main Restaurant: Very clean with fast service. The pastries are a must-try!
• Specialty Dining: The Pebbles Asian restaurant was amazing (food cooked right in front of us), and the fish grill at Bam Bam was delicious.
• Lunch: The burgers and chips at Betty’s Bar are highly recommended.
A few notes for travelers:
The entertainment area is a bit dated and fills up fast; if you aren't early, you'll be sitting on sun loungers. The drinks service in the entertainment area was also a bit slow compared to the bars. Most importantly: the mattresses and pillows were extremely hard. We struggled to sleep until we swapped pillows with friends!
Overall, it’s a clean, happy environment with a great atmosphere. We loved that the resort cats are well-cared for. With a slight update to the adult entertainment, this place would be perfect!
All the pools very clean and lovely to swim in, though unfortunately like most hotels people put their towels out early so need to wake early if you want a spot. The chilled pool is lovely and music more relaxing than the main pool which plays loud music.Favourite place was the beach which belongs to the hotel, very peaceful just put your hat over your face and you won’t get bothered by staff trying to sell trips and spa 🤣 I would recommend this hotel for people who want a quirky experience, would definitely return!
Fantastic selection of restaurants bars and snacks throughout the day. Perfect if you don't intent to explore. A little way from Hurghada itself so any excursions will require travel.
Other than that an excellent place to stay!
Repetitive food, lack of cutlery for desserts.
Drink ok, ideal for those who like to drink at will.
Friendly staff.
Hotel too far from Hurghada.
Overrated in number of stars ... I will give 3 stars
