Sentido Caribbean World Soma Bay in Hurghada

We stayed in room 11011 from January 31st to February 9th. For a 5-star hotel, the bathroom needed a refresh. The silicone in the shower and dark furniture throughout the room and bathroom don't give it a modern feel. But that wasn't a major issue for us since we were out of the room most of the time anyway. The room was always beautifully cleaned and smelled nice. The bedding was changed. Things that should have been in the room were replenished. Water was always provided. The gentleman who always cleaned our room was very kind. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. From the gardeners to every member of staff, genuine friendliness and smiles radiated. Wherever we went, everyone took excellent care of us. We would especially like to single out Abdul from the Arabian restaurant and the management staff. I can't mention everyone by name, but it was wonderful to meet you all. You made us feel special. We ate breakfast and lunch at the beach restaurant most of the time. We met many wonderful people there, as well as the manager, Muhammed, who took wonderful care of us. He also manages the La Palma restaurant, where we also had the honor of having dinner and meeting the chef, who came to say hello and ask how we liked our meal. A wonderful experience and once again, great professionalism. On my birthday, February 9th, Muhammed rose to the occasion, preparing a beautiful table for me, decorated with flowers. The staff sang to me. A birthday song in their native language and in English meant that even though I was far from home and my family, they filled in for me on this special day. We also met many wonderful people at the restaurant in the main building, who greeted us with smiles whenever we had the opportunity to eat there. The restaurant's manager, a wonderful gentleman, always took great care of us. Ahmed and Muhammed from the veranda restaurant made sure we had plenty of drinks. We laughed until we cried with these young, energetic gentlemen. They exude positive energy and passion for what they do, and they work very hard. We also want to mention Muhammed, who carried drinks, juices, water, and other things to the beach. He was a wonderful, wonderful young man. He took care of us every day. We had the opportunity to get to know him better and grew to like him very much. We wish him and his newborn son all the best. I also have to mention the entertainment team. What a positive team! Their energy, passion, and dedication were truly inspiring. It wouldn't have been the same without them. Every evening, during showtime, we cried with laughter. If I forgot to mention anyone, I apologize in advance. There were so many of you and I didn't know everyone by name, but be proud of yourselves. It was good vacation. We like it's here. Everything is amazing. The animation team are very active and fun and the The staff are very nice to us. The room are Clean and big The Beach is clean sea is nice.And we love animation team👍👍👍

Hood hotel, here i was with my friends, and i like it, everything was perfect. Î glad that i visit this place, and we will come again

I stayed at this hotel in May 2025, 16-23.05, with my 7 years old son. The hotel is not as large as others in Hurghada, but it is very well maintained, with a very lush garden. Our room was in building 6 which was about halfway to anything: beach and main building. It was not a renovated room but clean and spacious. The newer rooms are in building 12 and up. The beach it is really lovely, sandy beach and clear water where you can see some colored fish. The animation team just changed during our staying there and they did a really good job, they interacted with tourists and made you feel good. The food was very delicious for our taste, we had breakfeast every morning at Tartuga restaurant, by the beach and also the lunch. For dinner I recommend the main restaurant. We tried two of the three a la carte restaurants: Indian and Arabian, both nice. I really enjoyed the hibiscus cold tea, at the lobby bar, a drink that i haven't found at other hotels. I recommended the hotel to a friend and she came with her family at the end of May.

We love it here. Want to come again. Loved the animation team. The yoga, aqua aerobic, Zumba, belly dance.

This hotel is very good for vacation, and especialy the staff, clean room, entertaiment team is fun, the beach is perfect, food is exellent, I come back for sure

Really great place, congrats to all involved! Big resort, a lot of space, spacious rooms, impeccable cleanliness of rooms and facilites. Beach je perfect and sea is warm and clean. Food can be a bit monotonous but with a la cart restaurants as option, I think food should not be a big deal overall. Many thanks to all of the staff, they were very helpful. Big recommendation!

I had the absolute pleasure of dining at the Italian restaurant managed by Mr. M. Hamdy. He is great men! I recommend this restaurant to every hotel guest
