Hotels near sea shore in Hurghada

I guess people go to see, swim and enjoy the sea, not the pools. But according to the reviews, people have more important things left, I have a pool in my city too. This is the only reason for the lower rating

The tide is constantly present. Around two or three in the afternoon, the water comes up to the shore. The beach is beautiful, sandy. There is space, but you have to wear shoes to enter the sea

Beautiful, amazing thing doing. Food: Not the best, not the worst, edible and a great selection. Beach: I don't know what's more important to people than the beach and the sea

In the morning hours, due to the retreat of the sea, you have to walk about 200, 300 m. Services: Wifi, All honor, in this hotel you have it in the lobby and in the room. In the lobby, waiters will serve you

We are extremely satisfied with the hotel’s services

And always be generous, they deserve a tip. In this resort, no one is strangling the employees, all honor. We will ignore those who offer additional excursions

When Chef Mahmoud learned about my celiac disease, he took special care to make sure I was looked after. That kind of attention matters and it doesn't happen at most places

There's a warmth here in how the team treats people, accommodating and respectful, even when some guests don't return the favor. At the end of the day, a resort is its people

That's not the hotel's fault, and they shouldn't carry that score. The food was delicious — genuinely better than what I've had at large resorts in Greece or elsewhere

Mahmoud and the front kitchen staff, the room cleaners, the gardeners — the staff as a whole were friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming

The rest is just a building and upsell services, and those shouldn't carry the same weight as the team that actually makes your stay what it is

It's a big operation and nothing runs perfectly every moment, but the dedication here is real. Beautiful location, clean sandy beach in Sahl Hasheesh, and a team that genuinely cares

During our two-day stay, we were the only four Chinese guests; everyone else was European or American. The hotel is quite large and has its own beach where you can swim and snorkel

The food selection was rich and tasty; the roasted camel meat was particularly delicious. The beach bar also served freshly baked pizza from a wood-fired oven every afternoon and offered daily specialty cocktails

Bibo at the pool — his energy and engagement were unforgettable; I remembered his name from the very first day

The bathroom drain was very slow and would get clogged during peak water usage in the evening, but showering outside of peak hours was fine. The hotel has four restaurants, but only the main restaurant was open every day

The hotel is located in Makadi Bay, about 30 kilometers from Hurghada city center. Prima Life in Makadi Bay seems to be one of the hotels with the highest occupancy, almost always fully booked

The service at the front desk, restaurant, and bar was good, with one exception: a waiter named Mohammed at the Oriental restaurant completely ignored us

Beach is lovely and snorkelling from jetty amazing. needs updating but we were happy and comfortable. Nice buffet with wonderful choice. Service everywhere was friendly and helpful

The hotel is beautifully located right by the Red Sea, with a stunning private beach and crystal-clear water — perfect for relaxing and snorkeling. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling

Red Sea rep left us to go to reception ourselves, no welcome drink. Reception staff very un welcoming. Twice during our holiday we asked them for info and directions

no help at all! When they wanted coins changing for notes they were changed men!! Now the good. Grand Makadi has a wonderful pool area. Lots of sunbeds and helpful staff

The hotel has a laid-back feel with lots of pools and space, so it never feels too crowded. The beach bar was a highlight, a bit livelier than the lobby but still relaxed

Some staff are great, others come across as uninterested. You’ll also be regularly interrupted by spa sellers and excursion reps, even when trying to relax by the pool, which quickly gets irritating

Unfortunately we could not eat at the Japanese restaurant as it was fully booked for our entire stay. I think the booking system should be fairer. There are a lot of flies and birds in the main restaurant

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort. The property is stunning, very well maintained, and the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. You truly feel appreciated as a guest here

The treatments in the salon are a bit over priced. 50 euros for a basic pedicure and would have been 60 euros to have with gel polish. Massages are very good and better priced

I only stayed for three nights, but the room was large and clean. The food was average in taste and there was a sufficient selection. There are a few shops nearby.

However if you go to reception and complain they will let you have access to the VIP WiFi

However, during our stay we discovered that there is a VIP option with a blue wristband. With this band, guests can access all restaurants and enjoy additional services

But! There's an even bigger advantage: the hotel offers convenient deep-sea fishing trips

The ocean view room was beautiful, the room was new and very clean, the front desk staff were great, the breakfast was especially plentiful, the juice was delicious, all freshly squeezed, and the food and beverage manager really valued the guest experience, checking in on us every day

Except for the construction area, everything else is quite satisfactory. The snorkeling on the boardwalk is really great and the corals are beautiful

But the facilities in Sombay are not very good and there is nothing to eat

We chose a sunset boat trip for 10,500 Egyptian pounds for two hours and caught over a dozen fish! The kitchen can prepare two different dishes for 300 Egyptian pounds! It was such a wonderful experience that I didn't care about the renovation noise at that moment

Also, I want to mention the room. The "King Room" is perfect for families with children because the sofa in the picture can be opened up! It opens to reveal a large double bed

Aqua blue is in the middle looking out of the reception. To the left is the aqua park, to the right is the aqua vista. All three are in a line & it’s only a few minutes to walk to either aqua or vista from aqua blue

The aqua blue nighttime entertainment is at the stage at the aqua park & vistas is mainly a disco , it’s in front of the swimming pool & the vista restaurant

Some people say the food is not hot, the main culprit was chips & some rice. All the restaurants have three sections & we dined in the middle section of the vista restaurant where the food was always hot

If you travel with TUI they will tell you the coach number on the app & 2 days before yo leave it will give you your pick up time. It’s 15 minutes from the airport & we were the third drop off in Sarfaga

The middle section done lots of roast meat & veg, with a nice beef gravy. if your food is not hot don’t eat it, try something else, there are only 5% of brits at all three hotels, lots are east European

Check in was swift & we were soon in are room. The room was in great shape with no problems at all, we were in 5216 which was near the main poll, their three restaurants & the large coffee lounge

Amazing hotel! Everything was perfect — clean rooms, delicious food, friendly staff, and a beautiful beach. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the spa is fantastic. Highly recommend for a peaceful and comfortable stay!

I appreciate it is unfair to leave towels on sunbeds for hours when you are not occupying them but precedent had been set in the hotel and their application of this was unfair and inconsistent

Wonderful stay with delicious food and good weather. Entertainment team made my holiday better with their smile and checking if everything is okay

We were then offered 4 sunbeds which had someone else's towels on. which I accepted aware that this would only lead to further problems

I would definitely recommend this hotel for the people who like the quiet stay and delicious food and drinks

Their passion and positivity were infectious! And we can’t forget Chef Lil and bar man ibrahim what a star! Every meal was a treat, not just because of the delicious food, but because of the personal touch and care Chef Lil put into everything

It may not be a fancy hotel but it is probably hard to find another hotel for this price that serves three meals a day, is close to the sea and has a pool

The location of the resort is great. Quite close to supermarkets, restaurants, and the marina. The pools and the beach area are amazing and were the highlight of our stay

The hotel is old , but everything is clean , a lot of people who work there who cleaning all the time. The food is okay , everyday you have a lot of food. Potato is delicious , beef and chicken too

The air conditioning in the rooms works very well, so the heat doesn't pose a problem at night. When we arrived, they asked us about our preferred restaurants and made dinner reservations for us

The hotel is very large, with 6 or 7 restaurants. The service is very good, and they will always help with ordering drinks and changing plates. It is very suitable for a family vacation.

A fantastic hotel! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the restaurants were all delicious, though dinner reservations are required. You can also visit the aqua park next door

The resort looked spotless everyday, and we were especially impressed with seeing workers out tending to the garden, maintaining the walkways and areas outside ground floor rooms

The resort is amazing, I have been several times but there was an issue with the booking we were unable to resolve. Staff said it was due to the booking made via *******

Perfect end to our Egypt trip relaxing by the pool and sea for 5 days. The resort was great, and being adults only was so peaceful. Rooms were very comfortable and quiet

The beach is beautiful, clean water with many marine lives, good for snorkeling. The room and food are acceptable. Many cute cats 😻. The reception and the house keeper are very helpful.

Dinner was by the pool, and during peak hours, you might have to wait for a table. It took about ten minutes to walk to the beach

At night, with the lights on, you can see tons of fish; we even spotted mantas, sea turtles, and small shark groups! The hotel's cats are really well looked after, all spayed/neutered and eartagged, kudos to them! The air conditioning is a bit noisy, and the sound of condensation in the pipes is noticeable

Sharing the same beach as Arabella, this hotel isn't directly beachfront, but it's much quieter without kids around. The food was decent; we ate very well for our two-day stay

There are evening shows with audience interaction, and during the day, you can just lie on the beach and snorkel – perfect for a relaxing getaway

The day we supposed to check out, because of the late flight, we asked the front desk if we can check out late (3pm instead of 11am), they happily helped us and reprogrammed our room cards (something impossible for most us and european countries)

We ended up extened the check-out time one more time (to 4pm) and they happily helped! That last day we had visited Hurghada downtown and had lunch at one of our favorite seafood restaurant (we have been there twice in our short stay) and got back to hotel after 3pm

We are very thankful that the hotel staff made out stay a real vacation, treated us like themselves liking to be treated. I would highly recommend this hotel even it is about 2+ km from the city center

We have been in this hotel with 8 friends for 3 nights, and was very impressed by the professional manner of the service people, and the great looking of the hotel, inside and outside

When we go out, we ask the hotel for a ride, they provided cars with reasonable prices, dropped us at exact locations, and the drivers did not take a tip (guess a policy)

This booking offered excellent value for money. Although the hotel facilities are a bit old, they are generally very well-maintained

I had packed lunch made by the hotel for my trips, Raham made me lemon and honey drink when I had sore throat, fresh towels in luggage area so you can use pool after you check out, housekeeper welcomed us when we arrived and would always ask if we needed anything, nothing was a problem for the hotel staff, there is nothing this hotel cannot do

A truly unforgettable stay at Hurghada Long Beach Resort. We visited as a group of five for seven days, and from the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional

Islam Mohammad from the pool bar had such great service and a good outgoing funny personality, he treated us very well

This hotel was the best hotel I’ve stayed in, the cleanliness of the place was great, the variety of food, bars and snacks were great! The hotel staff were all great to talk to and very friendly

The area is quiet, big, green and clean. Two beaches have space to everyone. Every day and evening varied entertainment for adults and children. Special heated pools and water attractions to children

This was my fourth stay in Seagull. I choose this hotel bcs of good location in the centre of Hurghada, near main street - nearby many caffees and shops- good for shopping and enjoying local food and life

Paid £30 for two to go to the lounge bar which is a circular room in the sky Good is said to be a mixed grill or sea food grill. Not great, lots of rice and very little meat. The table next to us had seafood

One whole fish, one prawn, rice and oily chips. Would be a really nice hotel bar the food. Has it's own beach and two buildings. Shops out the front aren't too aggressive asking you to enter

The majority of the staff are friendly. Pools are colder than they say they are. The food is very hot and miss. Dinners are very much the same thing repeated as is breakfast and lunch

It was nice staying at this hotel. It was breakfast, lunch and dinner the view of the hotel was amazing. The staff were very helpful and nice people. And it was a clean area the pool and the service by the pool area

If I were pushed to make a negative comment I would say that it could be annoying having loud music coming from the many pool bars resulting in sound clashes meaning that it was impossible to enjoy just one music track at a time

Sea is clean and we saw some fish at the hotel beach + beach with sand is good. Aquapark is big and good for the children but we prefered to stay at the beach or at the pool near our room - there was more quiet

I spent every day at the beach as it was so nice, the lifeguards here were also so lovely to me and would put my towel on the sunbeds every morning for me and the two bar men would bring drinks all day, amazing! The food is really nice here, was shocked how nice it was

Just got back from this hotel after a solo trip and it has been amazing, been to Egypt a lot of times and will defiantly be back to this hotel! The hotel is so clean and set in lovely grounds, two pools and also a really big beach area

Clean and quiet room (pool+garden view) close to the reception and main restaurant - its worth to pay a little extra for it. Food so good and changing every day. Fish and beef and china food every day different style

Even at beach buffet - fish and wine during lunch time. Nothing to solve - everything works at it has to be. Beach is close (700m) and the shuttle bus is going every 15minutes

The hotel is simple in a good way. The rooms are small but well designed so it is ok. The pool is huge and everybody is around not in which is even better for people who like to swim quietly

Great adults only hotel in el Gouna. Relatively small hotel with pool and beach lagoon. Great food, plenty of choices for breakfast, different menu every night

The beach is artificial but that is the way it is. The breakfast is outstanding, on of the best ever, and god knows how many breakfasts I have eaten in hotels

The a la carte menu that you can have at the pool bar or at your lounge chair is short but very tasty

Last but not least, If you are into kiting and/or wing-foiling the hotel has an agreement with the Duotone Center located in Casa Cook's a sister hotel. It is a 15 minute ride by Tuk Tuk

Very nice hotel within 5 minutes to major attractions via tuc tuc. We stayed for 1 week and there was not a single day that I was bored with breakfast. The lagoon is amazing.

Rooms are very clean and the housekeeping staff are very friendly and always ask if you are happy with your room. Staff around the pool and the bar staff are fantastic. Pool staff will help you with sunbeds

I had an excellent experience at Sultan Bey Hotel. Breakfast was delicious, and I was able to get freshly squeezed orange juice (for a small extra charge)

The Germans are literally up at 6am to put their towels on the beds which limits your pool area choice. The hotel overall is very good and the staff were good apart from Hanna on the pool bar
