Close to the beach which is ideal! Would definitely come back again! Special mention for Mahmoud Sobhi who showed us some gorgeous napkin folding skills over dinner

There is a snack bar which only serves food between 12 and 2, but plenty of choice again. It's a 5 minute walk down to the beach and plenty of beds in the hotels allocated space

First time in Egypt and it's not disappointing at all. This hotel is clean and friendly and the food is great. This is made more enjoyable by the waiting staff especially Mahmoud who is very attentive and helpful.

There was a TV in the room with a number of English channels and if you like your football, go to channel 105 and above for all the premier league games. We watched the Liverpool v Newcastle cup final on ITV, what a win

The room we got was freshly renovated, huge, with a kitchenette and a huge bathroom. Great view of the sea, marina and city. Close to everything - 3 minutes walk to the mosque, 5 to the fish market, 10 to the center

The hotels management and services are friendly. The beach and the aqua park were the best places to stay at . The life guards and the animation team are very energetic and helpful. And somewhere funny and happy

Food ok - but nothing special - different cuisine every day. Beach and small reef right by the hotel. However, the hotel itself is under renovation - the third part is out of use, some rooms before renovation

Enjoy my stay here. Jetty is wonderful, sandy beach entrance. Funny aqua park. Meals are great varied, easy find what caters me. So many Pharaoh statues - create atmosphere.

It was nice to stay in that place and the beach is very beautiful it got a nice view and the animation team is very nice all of them are great entertainers mo and deba and mido and husien but the service is the worst and there re some bar man on the beach they call him x he is so rude and he is fighting with everyone he is dangerous person but everything else is very good

The service was fantastic, from the receptionist who greeted me to the manager who helped me exchange money (at a rate very close to the actual exchange rate and no extra charges), and the person who laid out breakfast for me

I cannot thank everyone enough for the service, attentiveness and care I received during my stay. It is not The Ritz(!) but I would recommend the Canary Hotel and would stay again without hesitation!

My suitcase was carried to my room and out of the building when I left, which I was grateful for as it was rather heavy! I was also given plenty of good advice for where to go to eat out as well

The staff were so welcoming and warm, and very helpful. We needed to catch a Go Bus in minimal time and one of the staff helped us find a reliable taxi to reach the station on time

Breakfast was simple but sufficient - yoghurt, bread rolls, jam, cream cheese, boiled egg, orange juice and water. I was encouraged to take extra water whenever I wanted as well

We had a triple person room so it was the end of the corridor, it was not that noisy. Beds are comfort. Wifi sometimes not work. We also booked a tour at hotel overall is good.

I think in Vacation we have to meke ourselves little ghifts, right? Honestly, i did not stay in this hotel, i ve just passed it, but, close to it there is an amazing Shop Called "Valley of Kings", run by Mr Mohamed and his brother Mr Ali, two nice perrsons who BECAME my Friends

Thing is here you will find everything from oils, Clothes, Scarfs from Burberry, bags(they have really nice bags), my favorite one is the Green Chanel, T shirt, all Gucci, prada, lv, fendi :you name it

it is only now pizzaria as the samaka hotel shutdown and the pizzareia really serve amazing food and specially the shrimps is super and ahmed the owner of the place he is so friendly and nice person and the place bit old but u will feel like it is piece of ur home

The hotel was quiet with few guests, and the scenery was beautiful, though it was very windy in winter. For breakfast, there was a good variety of hot and cold options

Since it was just after the holiday, there weren't many guests, so I could relax on the beach chairs as much as I wanted! The check-in staff were professional and enthusiastic, giving me a detailed introduction to the various areas and facilities of the hotel

The only downside was that the beach staff treated us differently, only giving free drinks to white people and ignoring us. I boldly asked for some! Overall, it's definitely worth staying at!

Overall, it's a very good experience in Egypt! The front desk service was excellent! The young staff were friendly and welcoming! The pool and beach service was average

The rooms are basic but clean, the cleaners work so hard. The grounds and private beach are very well maintained. In my opinion the entertainment is poor

I stayed at the golden beach resort in March last year and for a little extra money this hotel and food are far superior

The main problem is the food, I couldn't find anything to eat and when I did the meat was dry, fatty and inedible, on day 3 of my holiday I took really unwell with stomach cramps, projectile vomiting and diarrhea

The location is good it is a 10 minute drive to senzo mall and the aquarium and around 20/30 minutes to the marina and sheraton road. The staff are lovely and cannot do enough for you

However, there was one negative aspect that affected our first impression. The attitude and communication style of the reception staff were not welcoming at all

Bad point: if you want to try a la carta restaurant you have to be there at least three nights to make the reservation…

The location altought is far from city center is better than other resorts

The room was good, the bed was confortable and they have a huge land with beach restaurant, pool restaurant… The food was not the best, they had some handmade food that was tasty, but mostly was not good Quality in our opinion

Let’s be real you can not accept “Hilton” level of details, but that is why i will always rather accept to go to Pharaoh Azur than Hilton, it’s feel more natural and friendly not fake glitter

Here you unbelievably big park full of threes, grass and even a lake in the middle. We will for sure come back again. Also a big recommendation for Farfasha Caffe and Mohamed

Adult Hotel was very comfortable, beautiful view, excellent restaurant with great service. The ION kite club very nearby and you can see the kites flying, this is beautiful and very convenient for kiters like me

We stayed for a week in January and found the Shams Prestige to be very relaxing and quiet. The staff are really attentive and friendly and genuinely want to make your stay special

Special mention to Mr Ali, Mohammed from the beach, Samir, Abaas the barman, and all the restaurant staff who go the extra mile. Every night in the restaurant was a different theme and the gala dinner was excellent

A quiet and very nice environment, the room very comfortable, the jacuzzi on the terrace, in front of the sea was such amazing ! The restaurant offered some various and delicious dishes, and I enjoyed the barbecue evening on the beach

Hotell and service was more than expected. Food is only thing that coud of been tastier. Sunbeds were nicely situated and service was excellent there too

The food was excellent and varied, we were spoilt for choice. If you like lively, party atmosphere then this is not the place for you. If you want an escape with the friendliest staff you will not find better

We stayed in an economy double room which was more than adequate and comfortable. The most important for us was to be at a hotel with direct beach front access as well as being able to snorkel

Chef Sayed didn’t just cook for us—he looked after us, and that made all the difference. If you go to Beach Albatross, Culina is the place to be because of him

The Grand blue welcomed me with a smile. It had all the facilities I required and was very responsible for the price. The beach area is lovely with fantastic views over the red sea

The lifeguards were very professional and friendly. The only challenge we had was because of the winter, the pool water was cold. That didnt deter us from the rides though

This is a 2 star hotel, so don't expect 5 star services, but everyone is trying their best. I got my beach towel and my favorite room, and folded heart as a welcome back

Location was great price was also great just located in front of the new Marina and staff are super friendly and helpful we stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed the whole thing the walking to Abu Tig marina day and night the weather at that time was good and diving with Egypt international diving was Marcos’s usual

This is a reasonably priced guesthouse in the area. It's quiet, has a hairdryer, and the owner is friendly. There's a popular seafood restaurant downstairs, making it convenient to get around.

Great location, quite place, very clean room, soft and comfortable bed, the street is commercial and there were several restaurants around the corner, beach is 3 minutes wake, Hurghada Marina and the diving boats are 5 minutes walk only, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely will come back again

A fantastic hotel! The owner was calm and polite, the rooms were spacious and clean, and there was a coffee shop downstairs where you could relax. The owner's son was also very polite, haha.

Hotel is half-pansion system means you have a good breakfast and a good dinner. Hotel has her own beach and heated pool. If you used to huge hotels this hotel is like a small nice boutique hotel

Let's stick to the resort - a wonderful place with a beautiful garden where you can really relax, a nice pool with sunbeds and umbrellas around it and a nice private beach (here I will add that I think the beach is not maintained and arranged enough)

The hotel itself is very beautiful and the beach is beautiful too and in the restaurant the choice is not very big, but enough, the minus is you can’t take the food yourself, but cook gives it to you

I paid £19 for an upgrade for a sea view which was beautiful. Room cleaned daily if required & 2 water bottles left every day. Food was quite limited but was varied each day & cooked fresh

Pool was cold but you would expect that this time of year although there was a smaller pool which was heated. Beach was really nice & clean - only thing I think some of the sunbeds need to be upgraded

The hotel is like a little paradise. For me it is my second home! Dawar has a nice pool with a view on the lagune. On a walking distance you find many great restaurants!

If you visit El Gouda, this is the most beautiful Boutique hotel. The rooms are very romantic and the garden is so lovely. Every employee is kind and there to serve you! They have a great breakfast and lot to choos from
