Overall, the stay was good, but there are several points worth mentioning. The rooms are spacious and suitable for families, and the service was generally good. However, booking a sea view room is not really worth it , the sea is far, and you can only see it if you stand up on the balcony.
The buffet restaurant is the best dining option, with fresh food and good variety. Other restaurants were disappointing: the beach club had hygiene issues (birds around the food, oil everywhere), and the à la carte restaurants (Italian and Buddha Bar) were below expectations ! average quality, tough meat, and very basic sushi.
The resort has great sports facilities: paddle and tennis courts are a big plus. However, the tennis court needs maintenance, and the volleyball court is poorly lit at night, making it difficult to play after sunset.
Pools are heated in December, which is perfect for kids. The kids’ club is also a big advantage, open from 10 AM to 5 PM, giving parents some time to relax or explore.
Entertainment overall is limited, and the resort can feel a bit quiet compared to larger resorts with more shows and activities.

At the pool, it was noticeable that tipping played an important role. After we did not give a tip immediately to one of the waiters, we were ignored, while people lying right next to us were still being asked for drinks. Sunbeds at the pool officially could not be reserved, but in practice this was possible if you gave money to the lifeguards, who then placed towels for you.
As enthusiastic snorkelers, we were disappointed: there was almost nothing to see, and you had to stay within a small, restricted area. At the aquapark there were no sunbeds available, so if one family member wanted to use the slides, the other had to wait on a chair until they were finished.

Wonderful hotel. Everything is of the highest standard. I was particularly impressed with the spa centre: thank you for the high level of beauty services provided by the real professionals Marwa and Mariam. From magical hands, gentle and strong, helping you to look younger. Only here we received in the spa centre a full set of services for restoration and rejuvenation. Many thanks to the girls!

Absolutely fantastic stay at Laguna Vista. Service is impeccable and extremely professional from all staff members. Mr Nabil looked after us really well and was very accommodating. Made our Wedding Anniversary stay amazing. Food was delicious, plenty of choice and always spaces to sit down.
Room was very clean, bed is comfortable, overall the whole hotel is well looked after, clean and modern. Plenty of activities for the whole family. We will come back again.

This has to be one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at. The team here are absolutely lovely, they ve felt so so well looked after. Drinks brought to my sun bed not even needed to be told my drink, the bar staff lovely, animation team really friendly.
Food wise the buffet is same-ish every day however the pancakes and pizza at the beach are lovely, the golden Buddha restaurant was amazing and on par with places I’ve eaten in London.
Everywhere is so so clean and tidy. Resort has everything you would need.
I’ve wanted a relaxing holiday but if you want a more active there’s so much to do.
I will be 100% come back next year.

Amazing Stay in Sharm El Sheikh!
From the beginning, the staff was extremely kind and friendly. They helped us in every possible way, truly honest, warm, and trustworthy people.
The hotel itself was beautiful and very spacious, with more than six swimming pools and several bars available. The cleanliness at the hotel was excellent, the rooms were cleaned daily with great care, and all the facilities were always tidy and well-maintained.
The water activities were so much fun and added a lot to our experience.
We genuinely enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it for a few extra days. Highly recommended!

This hotel feels more like a retirement home than a resort. The evening entertainment is absolutely terrible — the DJ packs up by 10:30 PM, and his show is bland and uninspired to begin with. If you want to take part in any activities, there's a frustratingly outdated reservation system — no app, no online platform, nothing you'd expect in 2025.
Even basic equipment is lacking. I had to ask five times just to get a ball to play with in the pool, and I still haven’t received one.
On top of that, the food is almost the same every single day. There’s barely any variety, and after a couple of meals, it all starts to feel repetitive and uninspiring.

The overall experience was great. The staff, whether the entertainers, waiters, bar tenders, lifeguards or others, they were all fantastic, very helpful and kind and made our stay very enjoyable.
Food was average, but there was a variety of
