A small, cozy hotel. Quiet and clean, right in the center. The older manager was very polite and helpful with city tips.

A good place for a reasonable price. It's quite quiet and no one bothers you when you sleep. Great location. Clean rooms and very friendly staff. I recommend it.

Quiet and clean rooms. Some issues with the shower drain, but nothing serious. Convenient location for exploring the city. Staff is sparse but always there when needed.

The reviews don't match the description. The mattress needs replacing; the springs are digging into your ribs. You wake up completely wrecked. The pillow is lumpy, I don't know what else to say. There's mold in the shower, and the shower is leaking. The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Also, the double bed was originally made up with two single sheets. After we asked to change it to a king-size bed (they did), they initially said everyone was happy with the arrangement. The price is indeed much lower than what's currently offered in Tbilisi, but we were tied to a specific location, so this was our choice.

Everything is fine ! We settled at 6 in the morning in a free 4-bed room, allowed to sleep, wash, then at 11 o'clock we dragged our belongings into our room. Great staff attitude! There are practically no comments on the number, for a small price - solid 3 *
The location of the hotel also raises no objections - next to the Opera on Rustaveli, but in a small quiet side street.
The only negative - leaking shower in room number 1, the flood

A clean hotel, completely cool rooms, quiet and good, a funny price two minutes walk from Herut Square, and beyond that a great location on Rustwelli Boulevard with car parking.
