The only plus points : 1) Though we arrived early (9:30 am), check-in went on rather smoothly and we got our rooms rather quickly 2) Our triple room was very spacious Now the negative ones : 1) Air conditioners do not work properly. Many rooms even do not have that out-of-order a/cs and only one fan is available ! Just imagine u've arrived from a long day tour in warm and humid Tbilisi and the room is warmer and more humid than outside ! 2) Lots of mold in bathroom / Limited hot water because of electric water heater (enough for one person only) 3) Hotel next to a big boulevard (Aghmashenebeli Lane) and much noise from the break of the dawn till midnight 4) You have to go grab whatever u want (if u can!) from floor butler / Room service ? ... better forget about it !! 5) 10-15 minutes by a cab to city center ( Taxi tip : Cabs are rather cheap , but conclude a price before taking one / Always say : " 5 Lari " even for farthest destinations and they will know who they're meddlin' with !! This way they sure will lower the fare ) 6) Hotel reception and lobby are very very basic / Entrance is a shame ! 7) Receptionists so undifferent and not helpful at all / No bellboy / No proper room service 8) Breakfast : not much variety but enough to make u half full / No coffee ! ( just instant coffee mix ) no swimming pool or fitness center In a nutshell , the place was a disaster !

Made the reservation on ***********. Arrived at the hotel and the reservation was not in the system, even though our driver called the hotel and spoke with the manager to verify the reservation. The girl at the reception demanded a voucher, telling her I made the reservation on the application and was on the roads all day, didn't really help. Only after she called her manager and then I spoke to her on the phone too, did the problem get solved and we checked-in. Room was big, but... no bed lights. Shower had running hot water and was great. Room was noisy, could hear all the guests that came to attend a wedding or some other party. Hotel is new (4 years) but is poorly planned and poorly mentatined. Like the entire of Georgia - it has a potential, but far from being used. Breakfast was poor too. Check-out was interesting, the lady at the front desk did not speak English, lucky there was someone else ther too. The hotel has a turning door, but no door for luggage... try to get in and out with 2 suitecases. Location is on the highway at the entrance to Tbilisi. If you want to tour the city, it's not a good place. Seems like the hotel is more for weddings and such. I can't find a reason to go back. Think very well before you make a reservation to this hotel.

I spent three wonderful nights at the Golden Palace Hotel during Christmas, and it was an experience to remember. The room was comfortable, and the festive atmosphere with beautiful decorations added a special touch to the holiday season.
The breakfast was particularly impressive, offering a wide variety of choices that catered to different tastes. A special shoutout goes to Sepehr, who works in the restaurant. His patience and respect were commendable as he took the time to describe and guide us through the breakfast items, making our mornings even more delightful.
Moreover, the reception staff were incredibly helpful and kind. When we expressed our dissatisfaction with our initial room's view, they promptly arranged for a change without any hassle, which significantly improved our stay.
Overall, my experience at the Golden Palace Hotel was great, marked by excellent service, a festive ambiance, and thoughtful staff. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tbilisi, especially during the holiday season

Nice and friendly receptionist, clean comfortable and large rooms, a 24/7 supermarket next building,also a nice restaurant with delicious breakfast and cuisine in the 6th floor( Saffron). Highly recommended. Special thanks to the management department

we had a great stay at this hotel. Right from the start, the staff were friendly and made me feel welcome. I especially want to mention Maryam at the front desk, who was very helpful and always cheerful. She went out of her way to assist guests, which made the stay even better. The pool was very clean and a nice place to relax. The breakfast was okay, but the best thing about this hotel is definitely the staff's friendly and helpful attitude. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent service.

A bad and irresponsible hotel and an unprofessional restaurant manager were responsible for the party arrangement. We were at a wedding party but got no service. Two unskilled waiters were running around without keeping track of who had been given drinks. We had three different main courses and two different salads for dinner. I don't think the organizers spent very much money on the food!! A DJ played with an unbelievably high bass in the speakers, and on top of that we were told that they would close the party hall at 12. If you want to enjoy your holiday in Tbilisi, never set foot in the Golden Palace Hotel. Airbnb is much better and you save a lot. I have never experienced anything like it. When you take on a task, you have responsibility. It's not just about making money; it's about the customer always being right."

Probably the worst breakfast i have ever eaten in my years of travel. The restaurant is really bad . The poool doesnt work . It says 5star but its a 3 star hotel. I can say so many bad things. One day the restauyarea is so cold u have to wear to cloth some days its not that cold. The breakfast is cold the eggs are cold. Really bad managing they say it has pool area but when u get here they say its closed.
