Hotel is located in a very nice and quiet location, just opposite the river. They have a parking lot, but even in the case of crowdy, you can find another one just a few meters further.
I really liked the location which is a few minutes by foot from the Centre. The room was quite big as for the hotel standards. The decor may be a bit old, but still okay.
Breakfast was super good with a good variety of things to choose from. The restaurant has a beautiful view of the river.
Stuff very nice and polite.
They could improve a bit the internet. 1st day it was terrible, the other 2 was better.

Wheelchair travelers beware! Closest disabled parking is 200 meters away of cobblestone pavement in a public car park. The entrance is extremely steep and virtually impossible without help. Reaching breakfast restaurant is very complicated as the main entrance has stairs. The whole hotel feels quite outdated. The room was okay though.

Hotel is pretty good and is in a very good location by the banks of the river and only a short walk from the old town.

The hotel is ok but dont have airconditioning in std room. Well placed next to river and walking distance from the City Ulm.

Great location by the Donau, very quite, excelent service. Hotel restaurant has glass roof by the river, very comfortable.

Your service was outstanding. You were very patient with all our requests for copying music, unlocking the room safe, proving water. The maids were gracious and flexible in making up the room. The close proximity to the Conference Center allowed me to come back and change from our choir performance clothes to more comfortable garb or take a nap. You lobby had comfortable seating for many people. Thank you for your excellent gracious service.

Beaware, rotten food! Almost all the food served at breakfast was rotten, bad smelling and with mold stains as in the picture attached.
The hotel is very old. The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly but lost in time...No manager on duty when we left.

Average hotel in a very nice city. Destination is perfect, old town is around 10 minutes by walk. Rooms are fair, but the restroom was not so clean. Breakfast was ok, the staff was friendly.

Rooms were dated and need maintenance. Phone wouldn't ring and had to be replaced, and the fridge was broken and wouldn't cool. Our room did have AC (not all rooms do) but it periodically made a screeching noise. The staff were nice but I wouldn't book again
